a. m.my car was left with the Dundonald branch after an accident which wasn't my fault. from start to finish I couldn't recommend them highly enough. even though a part was difficult to get ( due to covid ) the branch kept me fully up to date. I got regular updates from the reception staff who were always very polite and courteous. the manager also gave me an update on a few occasions and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. the car was returned on time and it was as if no accident ever occurred. my car was spotless inside and out! many thanks and I would have no problems recommending the Dundonald branch to anyone.

I am an older lady who lives alone and they could not have done enough for me. They always keep me up to date on my car. V. F.I have continuously had to make calls to them to check on the progress of my car as I was not given any updates and was repeatedly told that I would be called once my car was ready. I think they could be more hands on with contacting their customers.
