Excellent, friendly, professional service from the team at Accident Repair. Extremely happy with the work done after my car got into an argument with a pillar and another car. The door and back right panel were dented, paint scratched, and the bumper had hairline cracks - all gone! Everything was done even more inexpensively and quickly than promised. They had no problem with me picking up my car a couple of days later and had even given her a clean. Would definitely go back again (although hopefully won't need to...)

Professional and friendly service from Ian and Geoff, had my Audi S6 front end prep and painted to remove stone chips , quick turnaround, top quality job, good facilities, excellent customer satisfaction with reasonable costs, hassle free .Highly recommend. Great service from Ian and the team, they resprayed the bonnet and front wings on my BMW E46 M3 and I’m delighted with the work. They were really straightforward to deal and Ian turned the work round really quickly which was much appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again…top drawer.

For me personally being a mechanic myself, it is quite hard to let someone else work or carry out tasks on my car. However I worked down the road for these guys in the past and know there work is good. Dropped my car down there to have the front bumper, drivers door, drivers wing mirror, tail gate and the front wing un-dented and re painted as well as the boot floor straightend out due to it being folded when it got caught due to the toeing eye. I cant be happier with the work they have carried out on my car, it came back like brand new. So chuffed! The turn over was good and the quote was spot on... In fact a bargin. Ever want you cars to look like there fresh from the factory give these guys a shout. Thanks again.

After originally being quoted £2100 from BMW directly for something that you’d think would be a simple repair and buff out, I discovered Auto Craft and their service blew me away. They pulled out the dent on my wing, buffed it out and resprayed all in 24 hours (okay, 26) and all it cost me in the end was £300! They give you multiple options to pay. I paid in cash and there was no charge for VAT of course, which helps the price even more! Ian delivered exceptional service that I will definitely return for (but in the nicest way possible, I hope I don’t need to) for any more repairs. They clearly know their stuff as they knew they had to remove one of my front parking sensors before the respray as it wouldn’t work afterwards had it have gotten sprayed. Their location is also directly under the bridge that goes through Digbeth, which gives it a quirky look and feel to the place as they utilise it perfectly. Much better than a typical garage.

All round positive experience!!!! I was seeking a full respray for my tired Figaro, which was in great need of some love and attention and Ian had been recommended to me, by a friend who uses him regularly. I have to say I am thankful I made the right choice with Auto craft Specialists, my Fig was in good hands....he has come back looking brand new, I was kept updated on progress, with regular photos...so I could see they were thorough, as he was stripped back completely and they also managed to fix a temperamental window and CD player....they went above and beyond, highly recommended.....thanks Ian & Geoff.

Having turned a corner too tightly and hit and scraped the side of my car on a high curb a large part of my car’s running board was left scratched and bent and hanging off. Ian at Autocraft was extremely helpful, kind, reassuring and efficient, and within a couple of days the damage was fixed and resprayed to perfection. All for a very affordable price. Autocraft will be my go- to for any future damage and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing car damage repair.

Someone hit my car whilst parked, sizeable dent in the passenger side. Got Ian’s number via a recommendation from another garage that could not do the work. Glad I did!!! Lovely guys, brilliant job on the car, very reasonable price. (Half the price quoted by chips away) definitely recommend and whilst hope I never have to use their services again, would do so without hesitation. So my second visit to Ian this week, handbrake failed on my Audi TT, firmly embedded in a car park concrete post when I returned to car, Ian had the car for 3 days this week, good quote, outstanding repair and a lovely knowledgable guy. Great service! Someone hit my car leaving a dent just above the wheel arch, after doing a bit of googling (and not really knowing where best to take my car) I decided to contact Auto Craft. I spoke to Ian who was great, very friendly and informative, and I didn’t have to wait long to be booked in.
