First time I used climate but very impressed. From the moment you arrive the service is excellent. I went on a really hot day in the evening and there was a Q but got served very quickly. Air Conditioning works great and offered cold water while you waited. So if your planning on going and there is a Q don’t let that put you off, you will be in and out in no time.

I went today with my bmw i3, my ac had not worked since I had the car 3 months ago. He had no worries with it being an electric car. True to his word he did tests and pressure test before giving me the choice weather to go ahead and recharge. The price was good value as I know its the newer 1234 gas , and it does take quite a lot. A few other people came in the time and he got them set up at the same time. No body had to wait long as he was pulling cars up next to us and was able to help us all. Conclusion, I drove home with goose pimples on my skin, was lovely and cold. I even had to turn it off , but with a big smile on my face. I would recommend this company to others and return again if I need too. Thanks for your Help Today.

I went in to get the air con checked on my car as it was not blowing cold. This was checked and regassed pretty quickly as well as explaining what was happening and why. Whilst there I noticed they did replacement keys too, so at the same time I got a spare key cut and programmed. This was all done pretty quickly and for a reasonable price. When I drove away, I noticed a warning light about the key came up on the dashboard so I returned for it to be looked at. The guy couldn't sort it straightaway so took my number to call back after he had checked it out. He then called back within half an hour to say he had solved it and could do it the following morning (it was now 5:30pm). I went back the following morning as agreed and it was sorted within 5 minutes. Good service and I liked the fact that even though it didn't go all to plan straightaway with the key, he got it sorted in good time rather than trying to make excuses or fob me off. I would be more than happy to use them again.

This fella is highly recommended. Diagnosed a nuisance leak in my sisters car. Even gave me replacement rubber seals free of charge. Sorted the leak; will be going back for a refill ! Perfect for anyone struggling to get air con regas for the newer type r1234yf gas which seems to be difficult to come by unless from main dealer so have to book in well in advance. Responsive on the phone and seen immediately on a Saturday. Will return next time cars need more gas!

Just got my air-con regassed. It was completely empty and he regassed it. It took 20 mins, I just popped by and he sorted me there and then for £45 EDIT: 2 DAYS LATER ALL THE GAS WAS GONE AND NOW I HAVE TO TAKE MY CAR TO A GARAGE TO PUT MORE GAS IN TO INCLUDE Dye in to see where it is leaking from. That will cost me another £70 at my trusted garage. It should have been done in the first place if you have no gas in your car there's probably a leak and surely it's best to see where the leak is, fix it, before filling it up and charging customer, for it to all come out within 2 days& back to square one. Take it to a garage to have the probable leak identified before regassing your air con with places like this! So I'm not very happy, waste of time& money going to this place.

Car aircon this is a great place to get your car topped up with air con gas. I had mine done a quick efficient service that only really works if your car needs re-gassing and that is the only problem with your car. The service engineer will do a pressure test add aircon oil tell you what's going on based on the condition of your car. It will last year's, months or days based on the condition of my car, as long as mine lasts till the end of summer I'm happy. But it's my car and it's my responsibility. This is a good place to get it done. Thank you great price.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. I wasn't holding out much hope with my 18 year car and sure enough the first attempt at gassing highlighted a leak. However, they explained that it was a seal that could be replaced and advised how/where and after getting this done and having it gassed up again, it is now holding pressure and keeping the car lovely and cool. Excellent work from the man who is obviously very experienced and knowledgeable about air con systems. I'm aware that gas prices have increased a lot in recent years but these chaps are still cheaper than the main auto chains so they definitely get my recommendation and I won't hesitate to use them again.

Had my A/C recharged yesterday and discovered they are now also providing a car duplicate key service, and as I only had one key for my car and was put off by the extortionate dealerships prices, I was impressed with their price and just been back today and had a duplicate keep cut and programmed flawlessly. This place is the best Air-con outfit anywhere remotely near the midlands. Although they are very busy, I managed to dodge the wait by turning up at 9:00am, the owner was there and quickly attended to me. I needed a new condenser which they supplied and 're gassed my car - what a great comprehensive service. Offered me refreshments and provided great customer service. The knowledge of this man in regards to air-condition systems is second to none, this is evidenced by his quality of work and his workforce coupled with the staggering amount of competence certificates in the workshop - dedication really does bear fruits. Very good honest company, I thought my air conditioning was playing up. My daughters Audi A1 needed a gas top up as i was informed when in for a car service (the garage did not do air/cons) but could arrange cost would be about £50. I decided to see what alternatives were available on the web after reading the reviews about this company I decided to go. Best move i have made for years. the service and knowledge by the company was first rate, his garage was in good order and very clean and tidy, likewise with the equipment used. The whole service took about 20 minutes to complete with a full commentary included. The difference on the air conditioning when completed was amazing. I take my hat off to you sir and will be back in the future likewise telling all my friends and neighbours. Total cost of work £30.

I've never left a google review before, and it has taken me 10 minutes how to figure out how to do it but because of the way I treated today I feel I have to. There was a long que as it's summer and it's getting hot. One of the guys came out and gave me a bottle of water and asked if I was ok. I told him I wanted a re-gas to which he told me to wait 10 minutes. In less than 5 minutes he got me in and after starting everything up he told me my AC was fine and to not bother as from what he could see it was working fine. The Nissan dealer told me I needed a recharge but these guys were honest enough to say my AC is working fine. They could've ripped me off. I commend their honesty and service as I sent them pictures through whatsap before I came and they advised me on what AC gas I needed. I asked what I owed them, the gent replied nothing just switch your AC on every now and then in the winter to keep it healthy. What a guy! 5 stars if there was 6 it'd 6+. Honesty is the best way

I visited Climate controllers last week as I thought that my Air con needed re-gassing, but the Boss advised me that my relay flip for my air con was damaged and needed replacing, he gave me a part number for the clip to go to Honda dealership. I was grateful for his help as he spotted the problem straight away without charging me to re-gas my air con. While I was there I asked him if he knew someone who could fix my passenger window as It wouldn't work. he directed me to a place next door that specialises in tinting windows etc.. The guys next door were brilliant too and fixed my window within minutes. Thank you climate controllers you sorted out two issues within minutes Excellent service, would recommend him to my friends

Extremely helpful guy and very good customer service. Had a faulty AC condenser on my second hand Mazda 3. Excellent experience. Diagnosed a condenser leak issue on my Mondeo 2008 precisely and directed me to a ford expert who did a great job as well. Came back services and regased. AC works perfect now. Cheap for such a quality job.

So I have a golf gtd mk7. 5 years old. Thought the air con was a bit lowsy. Went down. They checked it and said it’s fine and it may be the cabin filter. He was right. Charged nothing for the check. What’s shocking is I don’t think VW have ever changed the cabin filter. Vw lawley middleway. Beware. They cut corners. This placed saved me some money and highlighted something I would otherwise have been none the wiser.

Brilliant service and very knowledgable.. after it topping 35 degrees a couple weekends back in my car and the aircon not working I popped in to be greeted with manners and also an ice cold bottle of water for myself and partner. There was a queue of about 8 cars in front of me and he was up and down like a yo yo not only working on cars but also making sure us other customers were ok and knew how long we had to wait.. I dont think you will find this kind of service anywhere else..

After the reputable Halfords couldn’t help with re-gassing my Nissan Xtrail (new gas R1234). We gave these guys a call on Tuesday and they couldn’t be more helpful. Quick and easy diagnosis and aircon recharge. Shaf and colleague spent time explaining where leaks come from. Saved hundreds of pounds as advice from dealership was that condensor unit had a hole in it and they wanted hundreds of pounds to repair it. Easy to access location. Would use again.

I contacted Climate Controllers on facebook based on the reviews i saw. My BMW 520D 56 plate had everything working but was extremely frustrated that had it deep cleaned, serviced, changed pollen filter, had it regassed but the car would still did not blow air conditioned cold air which was really frustrating and many mechanics said random things. When I contacted these guy, i promptly replied to my facebook msg and asked me to check my vent setting on the Idrive options and change it from warm air to cool and guess what next second the cabin was chilled. They didnt charge for the advice and i was so happy and releaved. Al though Im in suffolk and didnt visit them in Birmingham but yet they helped on facebook and the problem instantly get resolved free of charge. What else could one ask for ? And it showed their honesty and concern. They told me to check the vent setting which might solve the problem to begin with and if it still existed than take it to them to have the condenser checked, repaired with labour and Quoted me for £60 for new condensor and £60 for labour which is 75% cheaper than the quotes I had earlier but luckily it never came to that. You guys have made my summer. Thanks so very much for your guidance ! I hope u gain success in whatever you get involved in. Cheers !

Went to Climate Controllers in March to try and sort out my air con problem. Shaf (the owner of the company) came back to work in the evening - about 7.15pm - just to help me out. Within minutes, he diagnosed the problem with my air con and gave me several solutions, one of which was to explain to my garage that there was an electrical power flow problem to the compressor which was stopping the unit from working. My garage were then able to fix the problem and I will be visiting Shaf before the Summer to top up my gas levels ready for the holidays! On top of all of this, because he didn't physically undertake any work on my vehicle, he didn't charge me a penny! PS - my mother-in-law went to visit Shaf at Climate Controllers over a year ago and her air conditioning unit on her Peugeot 307 is STILL running ice cold!
