I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment at kwik Fit and was politely seen straight away. Two replacement tyres were fitted and balanced within 25 minutes. I've used this place twice now with no issues. Friendly and very professional people. A free health check of my two front tyres was given but, I was left a little concerned when the results came through via email that considering I only purchased them both from here 24 months ago they were showing signs of cracking along the trend. They wasn't cheap tyres but a branded name. I know this isn't a fault with kwik Fit but with the manufacturer. Overall my experience with Kwik Fit was pleasant and I will be using them again for other requirements to my vehicle.

I have to say the service received from Adam today was absolutely first class! I have just purchased a fiesta for my sons first car and went to a Ford main dealer in West Bromwich to get the car checked over and serviced to make sure it was safe etc and the service was absolutely terrible. The way that Adam otherwise known as Trevor by Adam’s director 😂treated me you would have thought Kwikfit were the main dealer !! They sorted out my problem and didn’t try and wrip me off. I will never set foot inside BSMotors ever again and will always visit Adam and the team before I go anywhere else. I have worked in the motor trade for 25 years and been the GSM for a Bentley dealership and understand the importance of customer satisfaction…the way Adam looked after me blown me away and can’t thank him and the team enough thank you 🙏 highly recommend 👍🏼

I always get my service and MOT done here and found the team to be friendly and informative. On this occasion my brake light had failed and I called to get a same-day appointment which I did. On arrival a very friendly guy (sorry didn’t catch the name but he was new) welcomed me and explained he would be with me in a moment. Less than 20 minutes later my bulb was fixed and when I asked for advice on my brakes (I was informed by a previous manager they were worn and needed replacing) he performed a quick visual check advising I still had around 2500 miles, he also showed me how to make a visual check. Great service !

If time is money, and you want a fast honest professional service for an MOT, I highly recommend Kwik Fit Perry Barr Birmingham. We were in a rush needed two vehicles to be MOT'd quickly the next day. I booked it online the night before, rocked up and the booked time. All easy, polite professional and straight forward. Even telephoned me near the end of of the day to remind me to collect. Was required to drop car of at 0830am...staff were open at 0800am and allowed me to leave car early...Really professional staff and by 1020am i had the car back again. Would highly recommend and would use again. Car passed with no faults and staff are not pushy sales people neither.

Had a new set of tyres for my van. I ordered, booked and paid online, but when I got there I was told they don't usually do vans there because of limited access to an appropriate lift. Had an annoying slow puncture but couldn't see anything in the tyre itself. Went down to Kwik Fit and Mo found the tiny puncture which was in the rim. He showed me where the leak was so I can keep an eye on it, sealed it up, and sent me on my way within 20 mins. Didn't charge for it either. Excellent service!

Great, honest service. I received a puncture to one of our tyres and after having a call out from our break down cover provider was told to go to Kwik Fit to ensure the tyre was water tight. The man I dealt with at Kwik Fit Perry Barr checked it over for me and did not try to sell me a new tyre when it was not necessary just for the sake of it. Service was free of charge. I would recommend for their honesty.

Went on a sunday afternoon. Was out of town and visiting Birmingham for a family party. I required headlamp bulbs changing before a long journey up north and before it got dark. Helpful and friendly staff. Gave me a 1 hour wait time. Went back after an hour and they managed to get both bulbs changed within half an hour. No fuss.

I've been going to this Kwik fit for a while now and I've always had amazing service even when it's had different people. I never feel like I'm being ripped off and in fact I know I'm not, asI get a second opinion from my brother who works in the car industry. Even though I've moved I still go back and use this one. Fast, reasonably priced and reliable service. Please don't change this Perry Barr Kwik fit as one bad experience changes it all for me. I've had several MOTs and tyres changes which have been outside the MOT.

I always like to use this branch as my closest one which is 500 yards on ALDRIDGE ROAD from my home is very UNHELPFUL AND FEEL LIKE THEY ALWSYS ARE TRYING TO CON CUSTOMERS with misleading answers . But the one in PERRY BARR is always full of knowledge and energy to help customers. My booking was made for early morning even though there was a slight hiccup in double bookings but they understood that my car is a driving school so that did the repair ASAP and finished it within hour and half. My family and I were on holiday in Birmingham and we were visiting from Melbourne, Australia. On Thursday 25th I just dropped into Kwik-fit, at 249 Walsall Road, because I heard a noise coming from my hire car. They took the car in straight away and found that the wheel was loose on the main axle nut. They sorted the problem out and didn't even charge me. We was due to go to London that weekend and we could have had a serious accident. Kwik-fit did an excellent job and the guys there could not be more helpful. I only wish I got their names.
