Just like to say thanks for the work your teem did on my car. They did an outstanding job for a good price. Cambelt and water pump / rear bushes / front discs and pads and full service all supply and fited from £810. First class service and repair! Having a Focus with an oil light on, I spoke with Pete who advised of the issue and how it could be repaired. I shopped around and almost every other garage said ‘new engine mate’, I popped to meet Pete before I committed to the work being carried out and he was very helpful and reassuring of the options. We towed the car in on Tuesday and had it back on Wednesday, all fixed at the agreed price. Kurt, one of the mechanics called to advise of a brake issue, no selling, just advising, we also had this rectified whilst in. I cannot recommend Smith’s Ford enough, they saved us £1900 on an unnecessary repair as they knew their stuff - will definitely use again in the future!

Just had my ford focus there this morning with no appointment,I was asked if I could come back tomorrow which was impossible for me. Pete the owner said leave it with us and we'll see what we can do. He rang me back a couple of hours later and work had already started on my car. He said it would be ready in just over an hour,I have to say they done amazingly. It was electrical work as a rat had nibbled a few wires so not a small job even. Thankyou very much 👍.

Booked a Ford Fiesta for a repair today which had a hissing noise on harsh acceleration and engine management light was illuminated which is every motorist nightmare! I dealt with a chap called Pete who came across very polite professional and knowledgeable about repairing Fords. The car was repaired within few hours and, I was charged a price other garages would charge just to diagnose a fault and say it needs further investigation. I would recommend Smiths Ford to family and friends without hesitation. Thank you pete.

I arranged a repair for heaters not working and not giving hot air on a 2009 Ford Focus, the chap that repaired my car knew exactly what he was doing and was familiar with the car. Repaired it within 2 hours and other garages were telling me to try replacing other components, i was charged a very competitive price, Smiths Ford knew exactly why the car was not giving hot air, they saved me time money and misery, as it's getting cold and winter is approaching, i needed the heaters working for the kids especially.
