I was over quoted by a couple of hours, as they never knew how easy things come apart, in my case that is, and when finished, the couple of hours were not needed and came off the bill, everybody's story is individual to them, but in my case, I don't feel ripped off, I don't feel robbed, I feel like I was treated with respect and not like an idiot, and as I wasn't watching them, they didn't have to return those few hours to me, that to me proves honesty, and I'm happy with that.
