Car was collected and delivered back to me due to me hurting my foot. The next day, A Saturday morning, the battery failed (Bought from elsewhere) Hypermotive came out TWICE on a Saturday to get my car started to have the battery replaced under warranty (Halfords). I am not going to take my car to another garage again. Not only did they do the repairs that it was booked in for, They went way out of their way to help me with a problem that was totally unrelated to them. Superb service ! Thank you.. They also charged exactly what was quoted, Brilliant service from a local garage.

I purchased a vehicle from Hypermotive back in October of last year. I did have a couple of issues with the car which I will list but do not warrant giving less than a 5 star review. As for the car itself, it was in immaculate condition inside and out and the paperwork and delivery were sorted in a timely manner. I bought this car without seeing it or test driving it in person since I live in Nottingham and did not have the time in my schedule to commute so I was provided with lots of video and pictures when I requested them. At no point did I feel pressured about buying the car and every question I asked was answered quickly. I often look at reviews when dealing with buying a car and read through them to make sure they're genuine reviews and I was not disappointed with Hypermotive. 1. I received the car around midday and work nights and have to commute 2 hours for work every day so I drove the car to work and back the first night. On the way back home, since it was late, I decided to try out dynamic mode (the car is an Audi S8). I accelerated fast and immediately after I heard a sound from under the car. It turns out the undertray was not fastened completely so when I accelerated, a gust of air ripped part of the undertray off and it was thus flapping under the car. I removed it myself when I got home and inspected to make sure there was no damage, there wasn't and contacted Hypermotive about the issue. They ordered a new undertray from ebay which was not OEM so I couldn't fit it to the car myself and had to take it to a shop which had to make modifications to fit it but Hypermotive sorted it for me, so at the end of the day they sorted everything at no cost to me and in a timely manner. 2. The car had a slow coolant leak so after a few weeks I had a warning light on the dash come on. I didn't notice the coolant leak immediately because it was very slow so it wasn't until the light came on that I noticed it. I decided to take the car to the Audi dealer instead of contacting Hypermotive about it as I have an Audi warranty anyway which covered the issue. Unfortunately it took 5 trips to Audi across 3 months to get the issue fixed but it was nothing major anyway. I'm sure if I contacted Hypermotive about the issue they would have gladly helped me but there was no sense in wasting their time or money considering I had a warranty. 3. There was a small compartment in the back which would not close or open properly. It was not until after 1 month I noticed it as I was only in the back seats giving the car a thorough cleaning and otherwise I'm never back there. Since it was after 1 month I didn't bring it to Hypermotive's attention. It was fixed at no cost, even though it wasn't covered under the warranty. Audi fixed it free of charge because they failed to fix the car's coolant issue the first few times. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and I still enjoy driving the car. I have not had any other issues, almost a year later, and would definitely recommend buying a car from them.

Absolutely brilliant service. Identified the issue straight away and fixed on time. These guys know what they are doing. Taxi man's best place (they recommend as well with lots of taxis work being undertaken) My car had a clutch issue which I was told by another garage as an issue with gearbox oil pressure. This was done and the issue didn't go away, then they told it's the batteries as it effects and that was not the case. Took it two other places they said the whole gearbox needs to be replaced. Took it to these guys.. found the issue fixed it and returned within 2days. (Yes it did cost a bit..but the work was top notch and no worries after) Thanks team and great effort and great communication and advise.

Absolutely happy with the service provided by Hypermotive. I was having issues with the automatic powershift gearbox of my car for a couple of years. Three other garages insisted it's my way of driving that causes the problem. Danny and his team from Hypermotive found out quickly what the real problem was and sorted it out. Called to have my car looked at about possible alternator/battery issue. On the morning it was due in, it failed to start, where they came to my house started my car and took it to the garage. The battery and alternator was then replaced extremely fast and at a reasonable price. The staff are helpful and very friendly, I can easily recommend this garage to people who are looking for somewhere to take their car. Thank you for the great service!

I bought a car from them which had an overheating problem. The problem only started after 20 - 30 miles so the garage wouldn't have known about it. Hypermotive took the car back to fix and lent me a car in the meantime. They fixed thje problem and delivered the car to me. I'm noty worried about the original fault, these things happen, but I'm really impressed with the way Hypermotive did everything they could to put it right as soon as possible.

Been a customer with Hyper motive since 2015. I took my car to Hyper motive on Friday as had an issue with the water pump. It had been sounding unhappy for two weeks. And the team found that I required a new water pump. It was all completed the same day and at a very reasonable price. I always feel welcome (Even during the covid pandemic) Danny the manager runs the garage so well. I completely trust the company and there are not many garages out there where you can say this. I received a professional and friendly service that was quick and reliable! This company was recommended to me via another company. I was impressed with the service and will use them again. They fixed the fault on my BMW the same day for a fraction of the cost the main dealer was going to charge, in a much quicker timeframe (despite being very busy), and offered a superior customer service than I received in my last few encounters with the main dealer in Wallisdown. I bought my gorgeous car from these guys and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a car. After a week of having the car, the clutch failed, I rang them up, explained what had happened, recovered the car back to there garage, they fixed it-under warranty and retuned my car back to me. I very rarely give reviews but felt my experience with Hypermotive deserved this review. I was in the market for a second hand car for the Mrs she wanted a very specific car a Black Nissan Qashqai 1.50 DCI N TEC. When I make a purchase of this size I research both the car and the car dealer (reputation is everything with a used car dealer) I found a few dealers in my local area with the car I wanted I emailed 5 and phoned 2, out a of the 7 dealers only 1 emailed me back telling me the car was sold, 1 dealer never called back the dealer I did speak too had both bad reviews and court summons issued against him. I then searched further afield and found Hypermotive Bournemouth almost 100 miles from where I live I spoke to Richard I then checked the various reviews I could not find anything bad. I spoke to Richard multiple times with questions about the car I found him to be very patient with all my questions when he was not available he called me back. I did a deal on the phone which included a part exchange paid a deposit without seeing the car something I would never do but as I could not pick up the car for a week and spending so much time finding the right car and dealer I thought a car with that spec and price would not be there long. I traveled to Bournemouth a 2 and a half hour journey the car was as described, and more, all the paper work car tax, log book transfer were all done for me. The whole experience from start to finish was outstanding if your looking for a trustworthy and genuine used car dealer look no further you've found it.
