I was welcomed in and took details of what I required. I was asked if I had a mobile so they could contact me when ready, I said I would come back in an hour. When I came back I sat down for 5 minutes my car was driven to the door I settled up and left. EXCELLENT

Faultless experience. I was super impressed with the service I received at Kwik Fit on castle lane today. I was getting 2 new tyres that I have been trying to source for weeks. Unlike some previous experiences with other providers (waiting over an hour only then to be told they didn’t have the tyre I ordered) it was a joy this morning. I arrived on my appointment time, my car was moved within minutes and worked on. I was told it would be an hour including the wheel alignment I requested and 70 minutes later I was on my way. The front of house team are very engaging and polite, well drilled and checking appointments for the next day so are very well organised. The shop floor fitters were also very chatty and engaging. My tyres were fitted with care onto my diamond cut wheels and care was taken when moving my car. They even commented on how nice it is as well which is always nice to hear. I will certainly be return when I need a new set of rear tires. Keep up the great work everyone at Kwik Fit, especially Rob and Duncan who were very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable.

Duncan and the team were brilliant. Booked me in over the phone and rang to tell me the issue and maximum costs. They had the car fixed quickly and were absolutely brilliant.

Another top job by the guys at Castle Lane Kwik Fit. The manager, as always, so professional and accommodating. I was a 'walk-in', more of a 'limp-in' really as a screw had gone through the back tyre about 15 minutes earlier. They made time for me, sold me 2 new back tyres for a very reasonable price. John in the workshop did a cracking job and went above and beyond as ever by fixing the attachment to the spare wheel. Top service. Due to this, I have just booked my next service and MOT with them. Thank you.

I went to castlelane Kwik-fit on Saturday with a puncture,they didn't have the size tyre we required but offered to order and fit on Monday PM, in fact we needed 2 tyres, as we had got to travel a few miles back home they offered to put the tyre inflate in for me, and mentioned that we would need, to get a replacement inflate as a precaution, I went to our local Mini dealer and said that we were Motorbility customer but they charged me £25.31, when I returned to have my new tyres put on the car the guy said that we shouldn't have pay, I phoned motorbility when I got home and they said that the payment goes through them. I are very grateful to the guy in your tyre depot and am now going to get a full refund on my tyre inflate, THANKYOU FOR YOUR EXCELLANT SERVICE

Date 21/07/2022- Customer- Gerry Mcdermott Ford Ka... I visited Kwik Fit- and requested the exhaust system on my car-to be investigated- due to suspect hole in the exhaust. Duncan- advised- the centre pipe- and rear box -replacements- would be required- And also the exhaust- system rear box -had been fitted incorrectly- and was a fault on the exhaust.system. The customer service - from all your staff - second to none- Duncans customer and communication skills- and advice- brilliant .( quality staff> Should you require further information do not hesitate to contact me.
