My gears wouldn’t go into 5th and I thought I would need a new gearbox. I took it along to The Gearbox Specialists who looked and took it for a test drive and diagnosed that only an adjustment was needed which they did there and then. The whole experience was excellent and I found them to be very helpful, polite, and very knowledgeable even with an old car like mine! I would definitely go back for any work needed and have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you very much for all the help. :)

We took my son's car here to have a gearbox problem investigated. Unfortunately it was not fixable however they explored all the options and gave us an honest answer. They normally charge for diagnosis but they waived the charge. Thank you.

A very big thank you to Paul, what a genuine lad. Absolutely brilliant customer service and professional manner. As for the work completed, I had my 2012 galaxy 2.0 powershift gearbox reconditioned. Including new valve body and up-rated clutch for £1500 cheaper than Ford quoted me. I honestly couldn't believe the drive home, no jumping or juddering, not even a suspicious noise. I highly rate this garage and will be returning in three years to have my gearbox serviced. I'm a very difficult customer and they dealt with me very well.

What a brilliant company! They diagnosed the issue with my automatic gear box which had gone into transmission failure, told me how long it would be to get fixed and the cost which all very reasonable.
