Guys was excellent here, was an issue with miscommunication through the booking with AA to the garage but was cleared up professionally and offered me a great price for tyres and a spark plug, can't complain and I will definitely be back for future MOTS etc. Thanks guys!

After braking down on the M4 early morning. I arrived at the garage for 8:30am, My car was fixed within an hour and was able to do an MOT for me at the same time. Very friendly staff and brilliant customer service. Fairly priced too!

Exceptional service... My work's van needed a new starter motor, but on inspection, needed another part also. A part that had to come from Renault in France and would take 30 days!! Alex did his very best and did not give up. He managed to sort the problem by improvising, and coming up with another solution. Hew came out to me at nine o'clock at night so that I may have my vehicle for work the next day. I've never experienced this level of service before, and it shows the big companies how it should be done. I will recommend Eastlake to everyone. Thank you for getting me out of a tricky situation.

Excellent service. Had a wheel bearing replaced on my x-type, and although they ran into a few problems (lots of rusty seized stuff and badly work suspension components) they kept me well informed and did a very good job, and a very reasonable rate and sensible prices for the parts too.

My lease company sent me here for a scheduled service. Job done quickly and tidily. No problems, very happy. But be careful on the road after turning off Porthcawl Road. It is also the access road to Gaen quarry and there’s wagons coming and going often.
