My van broke down and needed urgent towing, I found P anf F recovery on google, i was able to book in my van the first phone call. It was booked for 9pm pick up and the service was punctual. On the saturday Ian arrived very punctual again and towed the van to a local garage as planned. Very helpful and I would use this service again, cheap prices too.

My tyre gone flat on the M4. As I was waiting for AA to arrive (which they said wait time was going to be no less than 2 hours), a Good Samaritan (Ian) came up to me and offered to change my tyre! He was picking up another van on the hard shoulder but he offered to help and got my tyre changed! Ian you were a lifesaver and I honestly can’t thank you enough! You will definitely be the first person I contact should I ever need your assistance in the future and I will 100% recommend you to my friends and family!

This is the best recovery company, always responsive and always prompt. Needed our Toyota Auris towed to the dealership and the gentleman made the whole process smooth and easy, I didn’t even need to move a muscle. On Wednesday night I broke down on the M4 by Pyle on my way back to Pembrokeshire... after nearly 4 hrs of being messed around by RAC, I googled recovery services and I rang P&F recovery. Within 25 minutes the car was on the back of truck and I was taken home. From being a scared quivering wreck, I had a thoroughly enjoyable journey home and was extremely reasonably priced. If I could give 100 stars I would. Thank you from the bottom of my heart x

Top notch service, messaged late eve on the off-chance as my car needed to be recovered from a local garage to one in Neath, received a reply straight away, arranged everything and my car was recovered and taken to the garage the following day and for a very reasonable price. Wouldn't hesitate to use again. 👍

Wow !!!!! I phoned Ian and asked if his company would pick up and deliver a shepherds hut (from Hereford too Bridgend) sadly he was fully booked and recommended another company. The other company was unable to do the job due too the size of the hut. I called Ian back and explained the situation and he agreed to do the job the next day! Let me point out the following , shepherds huts stand 11ft tall and 18ft long and are not easy to tow. Ian made this look easy, when we got there he assessed the hut and within 5 minutes the shepherds hut was being loaded and then strapped down with minimum 10 straps. The journey too Bridgend was a joy as every one was taking photos and one person even asked to buy it (when we pulled over) any way….Ian is a decent man with an excellent work ethic as he didn’t charge anymore than the initial quote. He even arranged a tractor to take the hut into the field where it was intended to go!!! Ian thank you and if we could give a billion stars it still wouldn’t be enough!!!! THANK YOU

Amazing service today - busy, hot summer day and we were helped out then followed home (to make sure we did indeed get back safe) in no time at all. AA had told us it would be several hours at best and would have been significantly more expensive. I would recommend P&F Recovery to anyone that needs that type of service . He literally saved me about £100 compared to the RAC , AA , Green Flag etc.. I phoned him , said he was on another job , but would be with me within the hour , which he was well within , and the fact it was on a Sunday midday .
