D. S.1st Class were excellent. I bought a used car, the next day the clutch went and they were brilliant in helping me out, dealing with the dealer and just being understanding of my situation. From the moment my car broke down outside their garage on double yellow lines they were amazing. I will be going back if I need a mechanic.
N.I spoke with Kev on Wednesday and he immediately ordered the parts required to do the work on my car (tyre and brake pads etc) and was able to get me slotted in for 8am this morning. The car was ready to be collected by 11am. I am very happy with the work, the professionalism and the time it took. There are other garages in Brighton that are just looking for your money and will draw up a big list of issues for profit, but here it all seemed very simple with no fuss. I’ve also experienced having to leave my car overnight with garages and long waiting times, so this was a breath of fresh air. I’m very happy with the service I received, and will definitely take my car back for other repairs and a service and MOT. Thanks Kev and team!
J. R.As a women I often feel patronised at garages. I also often worry I will be ripped off. However everyone here was polite, down to earth and did exactly the repairs that needed doing. No more, no less, no silly charges.
They are how all garages should operate, I will be using them for all my future car woes.
D. F.I have been using First Class Garage to service and MOT my 2 cars for the past 5 years. I have always been very satisfied with the service that I have received from the staff and the quality of the repairs undertaken. I am a Dry Cleaner, not a mechanic and I have no real idea what does or does not need doing to my car. Whenever I go into First Class Garage I know that whatever they say needs doing, it really does need doing and that is what I find the most reassuring thing about using them. I have recommended them to various family members and friends. They are very pleased too. My advice is to try them out!

s. s.Brought my '77 Daimler Sovereign having been recommended by a friend. These guys were brilliant - they were happy to spend time showing me around the issues with the car - gave a detailed report and offered sensible advice on where to spend my money. Having had classic car specialists try and rip me off in the past - these guys were a breath of fresh air... will be using them for this and my other classics I own. Really impressed. If you have an old car that you want looking after - bring it here!
