Driving one night we were suddenly left with no headlights….. it was late so headed to Halfords for replacement bulbs…..We were told by Halfords we would need all new electrics for headlamps. Parts would need ordering and we won’t be able to drive for about a week. So near Xmas not ideal with money or travelling …..Googled for a mechanic locally and found these guys were highly rated. Rang, and had an appointment booked the next day. Perfect. We arrived, the owner popped the bonnet, took a look and sorted the issue out in 1 minute. A bulb had blown and the other was loose….Explained all of this to us too, no dark magic of “oohs and ahhhs” and messing around. Had 5 new bulbs replaced, little check over and we were even given the packaging so we could buy our own replacements in the future…… he also showed us how to replace them. Final cost was a 1/8 of what I thought it was going to be based upon what I had been told. Honestly a life saver as driving without headlights is scary….these guys were great. Had two kids in the car and he came out straight away to deal with us. We were gone in 20 mins. Parked literally opposite the shop. Will be back for our MOT next year now. We can now enjoy Xmas without worrying about trains etc…….Highly recommend!!!!

My newly bought second-hand car kept breaking down and showing an 'engine malfunction' warning multiple times per journey. Google searches showed this problem can be very difficult to diagnose and solve, with many people having no luck in sorting it. I brought it to B&H after seeing good reviews and they were able to give me their opinion, the options available to me, and the likelihood of success for me to weigh up. They took the car in a few days later, fixed it and returned it to me and the problem has not happened since so I'm very happy. Very friendly and honest people. Would recommend.

I cannot praise B&H Motor Service Garage enough. For the last four years Baris has been looking after our various cars, and he is simple excellent - reliable, delivers very good value for money, does quality repairs that last, is speedy and punctual and has a quick turnaround, is excellent at avoiding unnecessary costs and above all is a nice and very friendly and approachable person. We can be lucky to have him around. The type of car doesn’t matter, from my friends small city car to our battered Honda family estate, from my father in laws motor home to the Jaguar, Baris does them all. Highly recommended

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Barish was very empathetic to my situation after my car broke down one week after I bought it. He let me come in the same day and fixed my car after it fully broke down inside the garage (luckily it broke down there) He made things clear and couldn't have done more to help in such a short time to make sure the parts were ordered and I was back on the road quickly. I felt in great hands and will go back when my car breaks again... which it will. More than I can say for the guy who sold me the car.... Cheers.

After being assisted home by AA on Sunday (fuel filter issue), I needed a quick repair on Monday morning. They were not the first garage I called, but seemed to be the most competent and the only one willing to find a solution for me at such a short notice. Baris (I hope I spelt the name right) attended my car and put me back on the road in one hour. I was very impressed, will definitely use again.
