I received a high standard courtesy car, with no quibble. The work on my car was done to an exceptionally high standard, very quickly. There was some work on my car that needed undertaking and they completed it under the same job with no extra cost to myself and still under the insurance. Remarkable! I had an amazing experience with Advantage Valley after getting into a scrape with a multi-storey car park. They were professional, kind and had great communication from the offset, the car was ready a few days earlier than predicted, and having the hire car delivered and picked up from you my door was a real bonus especially in the current lock down conditions. In terms of the quality of the work, I really could not fault it. The repair is excellent and there is no trace at all of the damage. I am pretty sure they also even removed a scratch that was nothing to do with the original damage! Thank you Advantage Valley team

After the car was delivered back to me there were a few slight issues, I phoned straight away and spoke to Noel the body shop manager, he jumped on it straight away and within a day I had the car back all sorted and to a high standard. i recently had my car taken here for repair as recommended by my insurance company. i found the experience quite pleasant under the circumstances and found advantage valley to be very helpful and professional. my car was there for a total of 2 weeks as the accident damage was quite severe. the company gave me a courtesy vehicle whilst my car was in there and they informed me on the progress all the way through. i had a slight problem with my rear suspension and they also had a look at that and replaced the parts needed at my expense but without the huge labour costs that you would pay anywhere else. my car came back spotless both inside and out and they even polished all the paintwork for me. i am very pleased with the result and have been recommending them to all my friends and family. will definitely request this garage if i am ever involved in another accident. thanks valley you done a fantastic job.

To Nick and the Staff at Advantage Valley, for your review section. A few weeks ago I accidently hit a post and put a dent in the tailgate of my old Rover 100. I used to live in Hanham and while there decided to call in and get a qute for the repair at Advantage Valley in Memorial Road There was also some minor damage in the rear bumper. I thought the quote I got for repair of both was reasonable and got them to go ahead and do the work. The quality of the work done was very good on my old car, so I also got them to refurbish an old set of rusty wheel for my old Classic Triumph Herald. Once again I was very pleased with the result, considering the state of the wheels originally. If you have any work to be done I would recommend you contact Nick and his team as a first port of call.
