Excellent service from both Gary and Jeremy. Found this garage as a happy accident when our car broke down and we were taken here by the RAC. Have been coming back since, must be at least 6 years now. Always excellent service and I feel really taken care of. Obviously all garages are expensive places but always feels like they do their best to really give us the best deal make sure the car is well taken care of. Would recommend this garage to anyone in the North Bristol area.

Been here a couple of times for MOT and Servicing recommended to me. Had no issues, MOT is such a good price! Took my last car in for an MOT last year and questioned the price for services as that was coming up next and said they would do a deal set price for both. I didnt need it servicing at that time so i just paid for MOT but came up a couple months later for the servicing and they charged me the difference in price so i did not have to pay full price for the service which was very kind :) returned with my new car a couple of days ago for MOT very impressed even took out my empty bottles rolling around the back of my car☺️ Only thing is i was collecting my car the next day but had no phone call on the day if my car had passed or not. Not a problem though as i was checking the gov website every hour :) Also being a young girl other times in a different garage ive always felt like i needed to take a man with me i.e dad/partner in fear of being ripped off but here they are so friendly this is not the case anymore thank you☺️

Took the car for an MOT and oil service with an EML on. They were able to sort out everything really quick but I had to wait a bit for the exhaust as it was blown. In the meantime they provided a courtesy car which was really helpful. I totally recommend the garage as they are very professional and always happy to help.

They're very honest people, the first time I came here - the MOT was failed due to my tyres so they told me the truth and said I can get it sorted and get my car back here when it's all finished so I paid for it then when I came back here again, they did it with no charge! I highly recommend these guys. Left it a bit late to book an MOT at my usual place so had to find somewhere else at the last minute. From the first time I called, and throughout, they were consistently friendly and helpful to an exemplary standard. The MOT itself was quick, and they gave clear communication on when the test would be done and when my vehicle would be ready. Being a younger driver with a fairly "premium" car, I'm always anxious about taking my car to different garages. I've had too many situations in the past where mechanics have tried to rip me off. However unlike some in the past, there was no haggling or surprise unexpected repairs here, just honest work done at a good price. Highly recommended. Thanks again to the team, I will be back when my car inevitably needs more work (let's hope that's not too soon)

I had my car for a week when I had to get it towed by the RAC as there were issues with both front brakes. Jeremy at the garage was so helpful, provided a breakdown of the costs and helped me to understand the issues with my car, answering all my questions. Fantastic garage! With the previous garage I used gone out business, I needed to find a new place for repairs. This was the closest. However, they booked me in quickly, were polite & courteous, reasonably priced and professional. I will definitely be returning for my next mot & service.

My exhaust fell off of my car yesterday and the RAC came out to help me. They were extremely efficient and had me at a garage within and hour and a half of reporting the breakdown. They took me to this garage and the service was great, they were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this garage to anyone looking for maintenance or breakdown repair work. I have been using this garage for years. I have always enjoyed great friendly service and fair pricing. So much so that I have recommended to my friends and extended family. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Very professional and very fare pricing. If the job they need to do is going to take a while, they even give me a courtesy car so that I can get on with my day. Visited again today. Another top job. It's the little extras that they don't charge for which makes you feel valued. Nice to get my old mini through its MOT again. I just popped a photo to show how many miles my mini has actually done.210,473 miles so far. Thank you for your great work.

Brilliant garage, great prices and really sound people. Have been going here for a while now for MOTs and repairs on my quite old cars and they always do a great job and are totally honest about what needs doing and what doesnt (and have even told me how to fix a few easy things myself to save money - not many garages would do that!). Highly recommended.

Took the car in for an MOT and we were instantly greeted by a chap on reception who asked that we place the keys in a tub to be sprayed with antibacterial spray. The MOT took around 40 minutes and were given the usual advisory points and a talk through of the procedure. Just a really friendly and knowledgeable garage, wouls highly recommend!

Just picked up my car from there. They're lovely people, really welcoming and friendly. I hate that I even have to say this and hopefully won't have to in the future, but you don't feel uncomfortable there as a woman at all. I had to have a lot of work done to my car and it added up quite a bit, but I believe it's responsibly priced. Will be using again if I have to and will recommend to others.

My vehicle broke down last Sunday called put rac they didn’t turn up for over 12 hours a resident where I broke down recommended autumnbrooke garage and I went there on the Monday morning once I got there the service from start to finish was amazing better then any main dealer or garage I have ever used before they contacted me within a reasonable time with the diagnostics of the issue assisted me with more help in regards to my vehicle and I will now be using them for both of my vehicles the owner is a very helpful person would highly recommend this garage to anybody anywhere in the Uk thank you for all your help regards Chris

Just collected my car from Autumnbrook this afternoon and was VERY impressed with how seriously they are taking customer safety during the current Covid 19 pandemic. * two meter distance signs by reception * all staff wearing gloves * paperwork in clean transparent folder * key cleaned with disenfectant spray before being handed back * credit card machine wiped after every customer * disposable seat cover where mechanic had been * disposable cover on steering wheel * hand sanitizer available for customers and staff on reception This was a slick operation and felt both professional and considered. I'm happy to recommend Autumnbrook to anyone needing their car MOT or service. SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES AND JOBS is all I can say - Good Luck guys, great job.
