I would highly recommend Dentmagic - I submitted photos online and heard back promptly with a rough estimate asking me to take the car in for the quote to be confirmed. After the price and been agreed, I had to wait about a week to take the car in for repair. The whole process was really efficient and they called back the following day for collection. The car is now as good as new! As an added bonus, when I picked the car up, I noticed that Dentmagic had reattached my gear stick cap (which had fallen off) and I thought this really was above and beyond and testament to Dentmagic's high standard of customer service! 5/5

Really easy - I got a same day appointment for someone to look at my car (really bad scratch and dent across a door) and the person who looked at it was friendly and honest, including warning me that it would be an expensive one and that it would be worth trying Ford first. I did - but Ford in turn recommended dentmagic, not having a local body shop and I shopped around a bit and decided the dentmagic option was going to be best. Bit nervous beforehand to see the car (it's a very tricky colour and I love the colour and have an arty eye for colour matching) but in all honesty when I turned up to collect it I couldn't tell which side had been fixed because they'd done such a good job. Communication was good and clear throughout

What a great company. From my first telephone call I was impressed. My eight year old Honda Civic was showing wear and tear on its body work. There were bumps, scratches, keying mark, dings and dents. On talking to a very helpful customer service, I submitted my photos of the damage. I received a quote within twenty four hours. I was pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately I left some photo's of some damage off the submission. On arrival at the repair centre, I admitted my error and discussed the further work required. After a short wait I was given the revised estimate. Again I was pleasantly surprised. The supervisor explained that that it would require extra days to do all the work but could fit the extra work in as well. Six days later I was presented with my finished Honda. It was back to its showroom finish. Not only that it had been valeted inside and out, and tyres revived. So pleased with Dentamagic and staff and crew. Throughly recommend their services. I honestly believe they would be hard to surpass.

Excellent at body repair, I have used dent magic twice now for repairs to my vehicle - both times for hit-and-run accidents where I was left to pay out of pocket. Their prices are certainly not the cheapest but the work cannot be faulted. Unfortunately they do not clean the vehicle before returning which is disappointing and would make the customer experience much better (mine was returned with muddy boot prints and marks all over the interior trim). Despite this I would use them again.

Really impressed with the dent/scratch repair and paint job to my car following it being hit whilst parked up (no details left by the offending party of course!). The quote was pretty much in the middle of the six I gathered but I preferred the idea of the vehicle being taken into a proper workshop compared to the ones who were offering to complete the job outside my house. They were really honest about what I would and wouldn't need and the paint matching is pretty much flawless. Very pleased with the work and highly recommended following this experience! Excellent service by John. I had a dent from where a motorbike pushed pass me when I was sat in traffic. Had the paintless repair and now there is no sign of it. The cost was very reasonable as some companies wanted to charge four times as much and do a respray. Have used them before and definitely will only go to them next time.

I had to call reception for some directions (as the pin on Google Maps was incorrectly placed) and the woman on the phone was very reassuring (apparently I'm not the first to get lost finding the place). I was greeted on arrival and shown to a parking space. Truly excellent service by Darren. I had one of those annoying supermarket carpark dings on my door panel. he arrived on time at my house and proceeded to effect a paintless repair to the dent (I can't see any trace of the repair even with a magnifying glass). the cost was very reasonable and everyone I spoke to was efficient and courteous. Will definitely use again if needed although I would prefer that people were just a little more thoughful when opening car doors in tight spaces.

Staff have been very helpful and efficient. I have taken my car in twice for separate work over the last three weeks and both times the work has been carried out quickly and well, prices are also reasonable. There wasn't a courtesy car available however they have kindly agreed to drop my car back to me which will save me a lot of time. Called Dentmagic to repair dent in T4 California Camper. Also broke indicator light but managed to buy a replacement. Racheal on reception was very helpful and fitted me in the following after I called. John was the man that fixed the dent but he also fitted the new indicator light free of charge, so I couldn’t be happier with great service. John also fixed my key which had been playing up. Put a new battery in and it works great now. Great company, good people, great service and I would defiantly recommend. Excellent service repairing my car after a little run in with the corner of a wall! I contacted a couple of local repair centres and dentmagic were by far the best quote (almost half the price of the Audi approved repairer). They were also able to slot me in sooner than expected, and sorted me out with a courtesy car free of charge. Due to a careless driver in a car park I was left with a minor but frustrating scuff on my bumper (plastic deep). After shopping around for a bit I was told about Dentmagic and it was cheaper than my lowest quote elsewhere by far which left me a little dubious about quality of work. Fear not though as the staff are efficient and helpful, dropped my car off in the morning and picked it up the same day after work. Couldn’t be more happy with the repair, cannot even tell there was any damage and I really tried to find imperfections but it’s back to factory condition. Just picked up my car from the lovely and very helpful Julie, whom I am sure must deserve a huge pay rise for her professional manner and eagerness to help the customer. With regard to the work and price, I am very happy with the end result which was completed on time, and they even cleaned the car. I compared prices with four body shops, and went to visit each one before selecting, although these were not the cheapest I felt the manner in which they went through the job with me and the way their set up was run, was far better for me as there is usually a reason why some are so cheap. My bill was £520 and the lowest quote came in at £435 although I would of felt very uneasy leaving my car with them. so top marks and thank you very much to all concerned at Dentmagic in Bristol.

Could not fault Dentmagic, the quality of the work was excellent even with a difficult colour match on my rare coloured car. The only issue I had was with their third party who refurbished my alloys but broke my tyre-pressure sensors and failed to tell me! That said Dentmagic had it sorted after a couple of phone calls. I have used Dent Magic a number of times and am really happy with their work. I have had a few lease cars which have needed the odd touch up, body and wheels, and the assessors have never been able to spot any work I've had done. More recently, after some hooligans tried to break into my car, scratching the whole door and smashing in the lock, they fixed all of the damage and put in a new lock barrel and it is like new. Lastly, I think their prices are good. I got a quote of £300 for a piece of work from another place and DM quoted me £150! Very happy with them.

Mobile Daryl arrived promptly and managed to do fantastic work in the freezing cold on a driveway. My other half had used dentmagic last year and I was impressed with that repair. This was no different. Paintwork and clear-coat work done and it looks brand new. The team are very accommodating and I have been provided with a courtesy car to make sure I can still get to work. Excellent customer service from the lady who took the booking through to payment. Had a ding about 4 cms on the boot, right on a fold of my fiat 500. Rang around and and got quotes but Dent Magic were the fastest to quote and let me know availability and are very competitive. Dropped it off to a warm welcome and the workshop was really busy with lots of shiny finished (some very high end) cars outside which is always a good sign. The finished work is 100% flawless. I've been staring at it for 10 minutes in amazement that it's as perfect as it is. Literally wouldn't know it was dented. All topped off with a hand wash and a good chat with one of the technicians. We all know the frustration of paying out for dents, especially that weren't your fault but these guys make it stress free and provide a service which in my opinion is definitely worth it. Went in after an incident where a lovely lady was karate chopping her child into his car seat and her shopping trolley rolled off into the near side rear panel, leaving a gorgeous dent 2” long and sooo obvious on my new Octavia. After the tears dried up I went into the Dentmagic workshop and asked firstly, can the dent be repaired ? And what price ?. Well both were of course we can. Easy to book and leave the following week. Advised of the time scale and left with them. On return at the agreed time, the dent has magically gone, honestly cannot see it, and they’d sorted a few stone chips out as well !! I chose to use Dentmagic based on their reviews, but being a bit sceptical in nature, I was still a little bit apprehensive, but as it turned out I didn't need to worry as they exceeded my expectations. My bumper re-spray was perfect and the repair to the kerbed wheel was perfect - you just couldn't tell anything had been done. The staff were courteous and the job was completed on schedule. Will certainly use their services again if i need to.

Amazing experience. I took my car into the Cribbs Causeway branch, the staff were incredibly friendly and received an immediate quote. I have a 1 Series BMW with pearlescent paintwork, this coupled with the extensive damage to the bodywork I didn’t think my car would look the same again...Dentmagic proved me wrong! The car looks as good as new with absolutely no trace of the damage that had previously existed. The only other place I received a quote from was BMW and Dentmagic was less than half the price and given the results I can’t see anyway in which BMW could have done a better job. I’m usually one for shopping around for the best deal but I wanted a good job done on my car, when I went to get my car looked at, they were working on a 17 plate Audi and a couple of other nearly new prestige cars waiting to be worked on so I felt I was in safe hands. Took my car in for a nasty push out dent next to the rear tow hook after a slight argument with a mate's car. Could not have been more helpful. Kept the same price as a four month old quote I had and was able to fit me in within a week. Car only gone for 48 hours and the bumper is as good as new. Significantly cheaper than a new bumper which I was considering. They also managed to fit in another couple of other jobs I hadn't originally been quoted for in the same time frame. Would definitely recommend, and will definitely use them again should any more stationary objects somehow come to dent my car.
