After someone crashed into the back of me, DLG were selected to carry out the repairs. Their service was exemplary from start to finish. My car was collected and dropped off by two very polite, friendly drivers; I was fully informed about progress; my car arrived back immaculately clean, better than before and looking like new. My vauxhall Adam has come back like new. Hadn't seen it looking so good since I bought it. Totally clean inside and out. Body work just sparkled. No signs of original damage at all. Looking through paperwork handed back with the car, not only did the bodywork get a good, sound repair, it was mechanically safety checked thoroughly before handing back the vehicle. The list of work conducted was a reassurance factor when getting behind the wheel again. Car was picked up and returned when advised. Although the work completed on my car was very good they fail to understand about being kept up to date. They took 13 days to complete work but advised me that they would deliver car 2 days before. Their reception or customer services are abrupt and frosty. You get the feeling that they are stressed most of the time. As for their repair status update on line frankly it does not work and is merely a mask Must try harder to really understand that customers are stressed also with their car being repaired

There was a wait for one of the parts (an industry wide problem at the moment) but they kept us frequently updated and as soon as the part came in our car was fixed and back to us within 48 hours. Having them come to my house to pick up my car on a lorry and then after the repairs to drop my car back at my house was great. I would have put 5*s if there wasn't a minor scratch down the drivers side of my car which wasn't there before. Also there was 6 miles added to my milage, can you explain this? As in my mind you took my car for a joy ride. However, quality of work seems to be done to a high standard and looks as good as new. As the work was being done, they kept me up to date through messages and work was completed before scheduled.

I'll admit, we've had some problems, but to give them credit they took ownership and sorted it out (even after a hiccup and replacing the wrong part). They offered everytime to pick my car up and deliver a courtesy, the courtesy car I got was a good'un and the staff have all been great in person, over the phone does leave a little room for improvement but you're not talking to a robot so that's pleasant! Just feel it's missing that extra little spark over the phone. There was one bloke, I'm really sorry for forgetting your name, but a Navy boy from Wales. He deserves a huge slap on the back, a bloody pleasure to deal with! If we were at a pub I'd have paid for his pint he was that good!

DLG did a very good job repairing the front bumper and replacing the missing front nearside fog light. They replaced the number plate and gave the car a very good clean inside and the outside. As a result of a minor accident my car needed repair to the front bumper, light housing etc. I reported this to my insurance company who were excellent - prompt, efficient and helpful. They explained the repair process and advised that DLG in Bristol would contact me. The collection of my car was completed in a timely manner and I was then able to log on at any time to see the progress of the repair. I was therefore fully informed throughout and my car returned looking like new. This made what I feared would be a stressful process exactly the opposite. All staff dealt with in person or on the phone were helpful, informed and very pleasant. Excellent service throughout.

Had my vehicle repaired here after somebody went into the back of me. Thought they had done a nice job on straightening out the rear panel but the colour matching on the respray is a little poor. The bumper fit is not great either and they’ve cracked the plastic wheel arch trim upon refit. Although it states on their website that they are happy to quote for additional work I was flatly denied when I phoned to ask if they might touch up my bonnet. Little disappointed as it would have been very easy to do alongside prepping the rest of the vehicle and having already mixed up the paint, Although having seen the quality of the colour matching was probably for the best! There are other good body shops in Bristol who I will be sure to visit instead.

My car took longer than quote to be fixed (3 weeks rather than the 5 working days initially quoted). The work looks great and the insurance claim business was easy to sort out. My hire car was a small Corsa, but just about did the job! I was VERY pleased to get my BMW back though! All the staff I dealt with were friendly and efficient
