Honestly, quite a nice and organised place. Came in for an annual oil change, spent the usual |1h30min| whilst chatting with another lovely costumer. Enjoyed the waiting area, plus a free coffee machine! Price was different than on the online booking site, but nothing to be upset about. Price board in the reception, would be great if the owner would post it here!

This is my second visit. However a humble request to the team is to provide proper lunch break for the team. So the customer is aware not to book during that time. I had MOT at 12:30PM and it took a while as the technicians where having lunch.. so next time don’t book any service during lunch time… the job is excellent but a bit pricy

Fantastically helpful, friendly service. I had a tyre blow out on the trailer I was towing along the M5 and came to rest on the hard shoulder, just by Cribbs Causeway. I made my way on foot to the In and Out garage at Patchway to try and find a replacement tyre. Whilst they didn't have such a tyre in stock that day, they went out of their way to help me, suggesting where I might find one. Matt even gave me a lift in his own car over to Halfords in search of the right tyre. When I returned a day later, with a replacement tyre I had managed to locate, they fitted it to the trailer wheel immediately and wouldn't accept anything for their troubles. What a lovely, helpful friendly bunch of people. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and intend to in the future. Many, many thanks guys.

Took my partner's Toyota Aygo here for a few things in the past and most recently for a new clutch. They aren't the cheapest garage however they use premium parts and offer the highest levels of service with honest advice. They have even adviced us to use another garage in the past when their price for a job was higher due to their cheaper supplier not having parts available at that time. I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for when it comes to garages and despite them not always being the cheapest you are guaranteed quality work and fantastic service at IN'n'OUT.

Matt and the team at the Bristol In and Out have helped me several times now. Today they absolutely delivered the goods, I called Matt explained the issue and he had the part already ordered up and ready to go by the time my vehicle arrived on the recovery flat bed vehicle. The car was straight in the ramp and with 1.5 hrs a new suspension spring fitted at the preagreed price. If these guys do spot anything else they always honestly point it out - I had the auxiliary belt and water pump changed in the Summer and they could see the cam belt was end of life and advised of that too. Yes short term it cost a few hundred pounds but long term the reliability of their work has been superb - today though their speed was hugely appreciated and I was back to work straight after thks to their help - thks again Matt and team you clearly run a tight ship and it shows cheers

This was the first time I had my car serviced and MOT'd here and I must say that I was very impressed. I received a text reminder a couple of days' before my appointment, which was helpful. I have always use this place for my car MOT as it’s quick, easy, convenient. Recently though I had a water leak issue with my car and also problems with the gears being really sticky. They sorted the water leak quickly and efficiently. They also checked out the gears, told me what the problem was (cables sticking), they treated the cables and said for me to see if this helps as I could get new cables costing £££’s but give this go before spending out money unnecessarily. Gears are now amazing, better than ever, but should they start sticking again I will certainly take the car back to them to have new cables fitted as I know I can trust them. Good honest workmanship, good honest prices, exceptionally helpful. You can’t ask for better. Thank you

I have used in'n'out for a few years now and have found them to be the most cost effective (In combination with the promotions they offer) and very competent, professional and knowledgeable staff. I usually carry out any repairs myself, but when quoted for repair work, it is always a very competitive and a fair price. If there is a minor issue, like headlight alignment, they do it without charge, and your car passes it's MOT. Clean, smart workshops, nice waiting room where you can see your car being worked on, and unlimited coffee from a quality machine. I also like the fact that if your car fails it's MOT the retest is free. GREAT work guys, see you again soon.

Took my car for it's MOT yesterday. Fantastic customer service, friendly approachable staff. The ABS brake light kept coming on on my dashboard which could mean a fail for mot. The staff went out of their way to find what the issue was and correct it, at no extra cost to me, so my car would pass the mot. Refreshing to see this level of customer service as other garages i've used would just fail the car and make money from the repairs needed. Well we are mid way through the lockdown, the garage was quiet which meant no waiting time at all. I needed an MOT, new tyres and brake pads, advice sought, given and sanctioned. Few advisories from the service - but they were honest in telling me that the things aren't major and can wait a couple of months before they need doing. Done within the hour as promised. Booked car in for mot and service on the Saturday. Had a call within half an hour of mot failure (broken coil spring) and agreed work. Received another call later as part difficult to obtain (dealer only)and agreed to leave it wth them until Monday. Received a call approx 4 hours later to say they had matched a part (due to a similar car coming in with exact same failure) and car would be ready within an hour. Picked car up, excellent explaination of the course of action and breakdown of costs. Chris certainly went the extra mile matching the part not from main dealer, Thanks guys.

I recently had an excellent experience at IN'n'OUT at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol. I had booked my car in for an annual service but was told that it was not really needed as the car had only driven 1000 miles in the past year. They instead did a check up which cost me £10. I want to commend their honesty as in this day and age, it is rare to deal with large companies, who are not all about profit.

The online booking process leaves a lot to be desired- once the time slot was booked & paid for I got an obscure email from ‘www-data’ showing the payment as GBP18800 but not confirming the appointment date & time so I had to phone the centre to get confirmation. Staff received the car & started in a timely manner. My appointment was for a MOT & Full Service - to last 11/2 hrs. This unfortunately overran by over 45 mins during which time countless cars were at various stages of service/repair/test. I think the time allocation should be extended for this service as it’s obviously not long enough , & leads the customer to believe the staff aren’t doing a good job, but I watched them & they never stopped. So apart from the dodgy web page & under-estimated time allocation it was a good job

I booked my MOT and full service via the online booking system, unfortunately upon arrival my booking was not on the system. I had arranged a baby sitter for my newborn that day which was a mammoth task in its self! so you can imagine my dissapointment when i waa told there was no bookibg for me and i would have to coke back another day. The system had also already taken my money a couple of weeks ago so i was not impressed. We started to look through the diary for a new date but it was very difficult to find a new date when I could have help with my baby. In the end the two lovely gents said that if i could leave the car with them they would squeeze me in and call when it was ready. I am very happy with the service i recieved from the guys they were all friendly and sympathetic to my problem. The company gets 4 stars only because the online booking service should not of caused us this problem in the first place however 5 starts for gents customer service. Many thanks

Hello, I took my car for its service and MOT at your Bristol branch yesterday (Saturday 14th October) and wanted to say how fantastic the customer service was. Unfortunately my car failed the MOT due to the headlight being cloudy but instead of insisting that the only fix would be for a whole new unit, your staff tried and succeeded in cleaning the lens enough so that it passed a retest! I am very grateful to the staff for the time and effort they put into my car and for the expense they saved me! I know that if I had taken my car to a dealership this service wouldn't have been offered and I would have had a large bill to pay!!! These guys were fantastic. On a road trip to Devon our car started with a problem. As we had the little we wanted to make sure it was safe,. We pulled in, described the problem and within a few minutes it was on the ramp being inspected. It was given a good going over and it was found the pads were worn but still safe - so we were back on the road. The chaps that spoke to us were courteous, friendly and knew what they were doing. Bristol Cribbs Causeway Branch - Lifesavers!!! Called the team at Bristol at 11.45am with an urgent repair needed to my Zafira. My wife and I are both key workers so it's critical we have transport at this difficult time. We spoke to the super friendly reception team who assured me that they would be able to help, and to do so straight away. I headed over from Clevedon and arrived at 12.30pm. My repair was carried out immediately, and completed in 15 minutes giving me time to return to Clevedon for my shift at the Fire Station. The cost was incredibly competitive, in fact I couldn't believe how cheap it was! I was quoted triple the cost at another garage in Bristol. I am so grateful that In n Out are open with Covid-19 going on, they really saved my (and my wife's!) bacon! If I could give more stars I would, big thanks to Matt, Kieron and the friendly team at Cribbs : )

Me and my husband came into this garage at 8:30am on the 28/4/2017 extremely stressed and worried. We had broken down on the way to Legoland, on my birthday, with our 2children. Cribbs branch should be everyone's 1st stop. This should be everyone's 1st stop for excellence in customer service, understanding, work and ethics. Had a problem with a lot of water in car, went in Cribbs Causeway branch to enquire just for advice as was sloshing around, was told by main dealer would have to be whole of day job to identify and resolve and couldn't fit me in for few weeks,...... within 30 minutes of arriving at in and out it was resolved . Cannot speak highly enough of the team, so they deserve to be your 1st stop, so you go in and out fully satisfied.

I made the mistake of going elsewhere (autotec in Clifton...don't even get me started on them), immediately regretted it and went straight back to In'n'out for a 2nd year in a row! Matt provides a fantastic service, never overcharges you or speaks to you like you're a moron purely based on the fact you're female (looking at you, autotec...). We managed to communicate to discuss all my MOT repairs while I was abroad over email too, very considerate & forward thinking. If you're sick and tired of getting fleeced by other MOT places with the usual insulting and plain dumb approach to business just save yourself the hassle/money and go here. It's simple to get the bus there from town & you get the best service in the south west, so definitely worth the trip! I'll probably still come back here when I've moved to Wales because they've earned my trust & respect. Thanks to the whole team!
