Excellent service received, staff were very professional and helpful. I required a number of services including tyres, service/mot and new discs/pads. Work was completed efficiently and at a very competitive price. I even had a courtesy car whilst the work was completed. Highly recommend using this garage.

Just wanted to say a massive thankyou for fitting in my daughters car for an urgent MOT. Every garage was booked up including LCM. She needed the car to attend a wedding miles away and had forgotten to book. They kindly arranged for someone to start at 7am to fit her in. She had call just after 8.15am, all completed and passed. Fair to say will be using them again, especially with seeing all the great reviews. Will give notice next time!

I would certainly recommend LCM to anyone for servicing, repairs and MOT. Nothing is to much trouble, they are always polite, professional and upfront with any issues they find with your vehicle. Following a small issue where I couldn’t drive my car to them, they came and did a temporary fix and drove my car to their workshop, leaving me with a courtesy car. They fixed it with new part, and returned my car the next day fuelled up and clean. What more do you want from a professional garage. Thanks Nick, you did a great job.

These guys are great. Just had my second mot with them and they fitted me in last minute, as I accidentally let my mot run over a little, they worked around me and got me all sorted. This year no issues and a simple pass but last year I needed some work done, they were clear on pricing and didn't pressurise or talk down to me, I'll definitely keep using them. I have recommended them to a few friends and will continue to do so.

Purchased an Audi TT and have had issue opening the fuel cap, the mechanism had become stuck and even the emergency release mechanism from the boot would not open it. I spoke to LCM they arrange to see me the next day and sorted the issue, arranged payment from the dealer who I had bought the car from on my behalf. Excellent customer service, would thoroughly recommend.

I took my car for an MOT and full service and was really impressed; the member of staff I dealt with was very professional and explained to me each aspect of what had been checked and what it meant. I was advised about my advisories and given approximate milage/timescales of when they might become a problem, as well as approximate prices I would be looking at. As a woman especially I have found that garages can try to prey on your lack of knowledge about cars but I found LMC Automotive extremely trustworthy and I will definitely be going back. Highly recommend.

Nick helped me out massively with my car when a big issue cropped up after buying the car recently from another garage. Very female friendly service- not at all patronising just super helpful and informative. Nick offered me advice on how to proceed with the other garage eventhough he had nothing to financially gain from doing this, and even helped me out with a courtesy car while we waited for the other garage to arrange repairs. I absolutely am a new and loyal customer to LCM now thanks to Nick's amazing service and the help of the brill team there.

Had my Mot done here as it had high reviews and I was definately not disappointed. Service was fast and efficient and as soon as the vehicle had been seen to then I was sent a message to say whether it had passed or not and was ready to collect. This is how a garage should be run. The customer service is brilliant and I just felt welcome as soon as I walked through the door and I felt like my car was in good hands. The amount of times I've taken them into unknown garages for a MOT or SERVICE and they've kept me in the dark till closing time and tried to rip me off. Definately not here. All the advisories were explained to me and what needed doing. Thank you so much, I shall definately be returning.

Recently bought a car from LCM, which came with a thorough inspection, and MOT ahead of me collecting. However, after a month it developed a slight intermittent fault. LCM provided 90 day cover, and Nick, Graeme and the team stood by that, providing me with a courtesy car. Had my car MoT earlier this afternoon. The guys where great I rang yesterday for a last minute appointment and they were more than happy to squeeze me in. They estimated I would get my car back early afternoon between 12-1 and they were spot on. Like most people I'm worried about going to new garages in the fear of being "ripped off" these guys are great, they were honest and charged the right amount. Very friendly, very professional.
