My Garage are AMAZING. The only place I truly trust with any of my cars. Brought VW Lotus Maserati and even Aston Martin here. Trust them, they are a good honest and realible team, that always remember you, and look after you with a smile 5*!

My Garage, what can I say about this amazing place. I've been there twice with my car 🚗 and on each occasion the team of mechanics have just been amazing. Engine light came on but went off in the week, the team still went out of their way to make sure that my car was checked over and pin pointed the issue. All sorted now and even drop my car back to my house. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND MY GARAGE - Emerson Green or kingswood....thank you guys for getting me back out on to the road safely.

I booked an MOT for my Westfield kit car and unfortunately it failed on 3 simple fixes. The MOT technician took the time to explain the failures and advise what they wanted to see for a pass. They were keen to offer the 10 day free retest. I took the car away and then fixed the issues calling yesterday at 1700 for an appt next week but they were able to offer a retest this morning. On arrival I drove in and they started straight away with the retest done in 10 minutes. As an aside they also replaced the bearings in some spare parts for me which was a great help and above and beyond. Many thanks and already booked the other car in for MOT! Fully recommend this team.

Bought a really nice car from this garage, and the whole process was really simple given COVID measures in place (all outdoors, distanced, pay over phone etc). I'm writing this review because of the quality of after service; sadly the clutch had an issue within the first week, but I reported it to them on the Friday morning, they picked it up on the Monday, and dropped it back Friday with a new clutch fitted. It's my first experience buying from a garage, and I'm very pleased with the service.

Brought in my car as it had developed a persistent squeak. Great customer service from the initial phone call. The garage thoroughly tested the car, could not find a fault and did not even charge for the test! Definitely recommended as a honest, reliable garage - I would feel reassured to bring my car back here again.

Brought my 9 year old BMW here for an MOT. It was done while I waited in reception. I was given a cup of tea and was able to listen in to the way staff interacted with customers. I was impressed with how polite and non condescending they were to everyone. When work was needed they explained the reasons clearly. The pricing policy was clear and fair. We booked my car in for a mot and service. I dropped my car off early in the morning before work and they took me to work and arranged to pick me up at the end of the day which was really helpful and meant I didn't have to take a days holiday. They offer this servive on a Thursday and Friday.

I've been going to mygarage for about 8 years, over this time I have had 3 different cars. i guess I have been lucky with my cars, because I have only ever used them for mot's and annual service which I have done together. Other than the odd bulb or worn wiper blade, oh and an ignition coil pack needing fitting. I have found mygarage very professional, helpful and informative, they have a clean and tidy workshop and that from my experience inspires confidence.
