My 2019 GLE (W167) has just had its third annual service by Parkway Mercedes. The knowledge of these guys about all things Mercedes is awesome. But it is the ability to talk to the technicians who are working on your car rather than the Chinese whispers you get when going to a main dealer where you ‘hope’ the message gets from service reception to the tech that sets these guys apart. The honesty plus the fair pricing is second to none. Thank you Ben & team.

Great service from Ben and the team at Parkway. I had a B Service completed on a Mercedes E-Class and Parkway were considerably more reasonable than main dealer prices. Service was great, quick and efficient and having now found a decent Mercedes specialist (who can update electronic service history) I shall be using them again!

The Parkway Mercedes team have been absolutely brilliant to me after having my broken down car recovered there. I had problems with a previous garage work and over the last two weeks Ben has been really understanding of the situation and giving me time to try and resolve dispute with other garage. Great service and very professional. Would definitely recommend, good honest reliable garage. Identified a problem with my digital service record, as this is a lease car, and DSB was not registered to me, duly updated the DSB. Now I’ve discovered Parkway, wouldn’t go anywhere else but use Ben and his team!

Enquired with a few Benz specialist for quotations on a lot of work, Parkway were the first and quickest to respond to my emails (Cheers Ben!). After sleepless nights thinking what work to get done on the pride and joy Merc, I decided to use Parkway for the auto gearbox service. Everything was great from start to finish. I asked the gents to do a quick inspection on the tyres and brakes, and a gent (sorry, forgot the name!) called me and explained everything. Answered all questions, polite and courteous. The DSB was updated too. Will definitely use again when I need to. Thanks guys!

I have used Parkway on both servicing and repairs on my CLS and would highly recommend them. On each occasion the service has been exemplary and Ben in particular is a real credit to the business. They keep you fully appraised of costs and progress and will do all they can to make the whole experience as hassle free as possible. When I had a problem with the front suspension they organised to take delivery from the breakdown company, called to let me know the car had arrived safely and had it back to me within 24 hours - couldn’t ask for more. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else and I am just annoyed I didn’t find them sooner.

I used Parkway Automobile Engineers earlier this year and was extremely impressed by the service I received. I was very happy when a car collection and drop off was made available, as this meant I could continue with my day without any hassle. My car was making a very loud noise when driving and it also needed its annual service. The problem was quickly diagnosed and communicated to me, once so I agreed to go ahead, the work was underway and everything was completed by the time I finished work. I haven't had any additional problems since and would recommend them to everyone! I'm glad to have finally found a mechanic I can trust and will continue to go back.

If like me you are a little bit wary of unscrupulous garages, the Parkway experience will come as a very pleasant surprise. From the first time I called them through to completion of the work, the team went way beyond the call of duty, to ensure my precious SLK was back on the road as quickly as possible. This included visiting my home address to estimate the work required, collecting my car on the morning of the work, regular updates throughout the process and delivering the car back to my house before I got home from work. Their estimate of the cost was spot on and all work was completed in less time than I expected. A special mention has to go to Ben who is an absolute Superstar. He is knowledgeable, honest, reliable, friendly and dealt with my numerous questions professionaly throughout. I really felt that my business was valued by Parkway and I will not be taking my car anywhere else in the future. Keep up the good work guys!

I found Parkway Automobile Engineers after doing a Google search locally and thought I would give them a try as their sales pitch through their website looked very promising. I have an ML320 2006 with 150K miles on the clock and my usual MB dealerships (Synter Group) in Bristol and Swindon had priced themselves out of my market with their extremely high labour rates. I needed a new n/s rear strut followed by an automatic transmission service. They collected my car from my workplace in Bristol and left me with a courtesy MB car. They carried out a high quality job and delivered at a price to meet my expectations with no surprises. I'm going back to them again for an oil change and new oil and air filters (all MB parts). I would highly recommend their service and their prices especially if you're happy NOT to have to wait around in a glossy showroom being offered coffee and biscuits but instead receiving a bill that meets your expectations at the level of quality you would expect as an MB owner, then you too will be as delighted with them as I am.

Took my car in for service, MOT and to replace suspension bush, wing mirror, glow plug and to pressure bleed the brakes. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly, helpful and there's no doubt they know Mercs inside out; which is very confidence inspiring. Most of the jobs took less time than they estimated so the labour bill came in less than quoted; rare honesty in the car repair business. The entire bill was only a fraction more than MB main dealer quoted for the service alone. Until now the car had been religiously serviced at the same main dealer whom I discovered (after checking the service book) hadn't changed the air filter for the previous 4 services - nearly 80,000 miles! Also the brake problem appeared after the main dealer replaced the fluid and refused to agree that there was anything wrong. Parkway pressure bled the system and the brake feel is much improved as a result. All work done in one day and they supplied a well maintained Merc courtesy car. In summary; more thorough, honest and caring than the MB main dealer... and half the price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will use them again. If you care about your Merc - these are the guys you want to use!

Fantastic service and a company I will use again, they even saved me money by informing me that my rear brake pads (which my MOT said were low) had at least another 2k miles left on them, not sure I've ever had a garage openly tell me that work didn't need doing.

These guys were amazing today! Thank you so much for all your help! My SLK starting making some AWFUL noises on the way to work this morning so I call them as soon as I got in. They came out, collected her and by 10.30 they called to say they knew what the problem was. They gave me a couple of options, explained the price difference but told me very honestly what I did need and what more importantly what I DIDNT need. True to their word they sorted the problem and delivered her back to me at the office at just after 4 ready for me to go home. Thank you so much guys, can't thank you enough! Best Mercedes specialists in the south west! Still go there even though I live in london now. When repairs are needed they are competitive on price but totally honest and trustworthy when nothing's needed. I've been ripped off by plenty of chancers in the past and so I'll stay with these guys...it's worth the 2 hour drive back in my mind!!
