G. T.S J Curtis repaired my VW campervan after it was hit in the rear by an uninsured driver. A superb service from start to finish, from advising on the insurance aspects, keeping me informed all the way through and organising the repairs around the days when I needed the van. The communication and customer service was excellent (thanks to Mike in particular). Most importantly, I was delighted with the quality and professional workmanship on the final repair. SJ Curtis have always provided an excellent service with all of my car repairs. Even correcting work by other garages.
From start to finish they take control leaving you without stress and unnecessary worry.
The hire car provided was perfect and of a like model. Communication with staff was great. I received regular emails providing updates meaning I didn’t have to chase at all.
The repairs have always been to an exceptionally high standard. I have never had to complain or return my vehicle for faults. I will continue to always use this garage.
