Great. Reliable. Professional. Quick work and fair prices usually. Well located for the local community. Maybe one downside will be the struggle to find parking while waiting or visiting as it is now well in the City centre since Cabbot Circus was built.

First time going to the mechanic as I’m a new driver and was scared I might get ripped off. Got the problem sorted really quickly and made sure the car was completely safe before letting me drive off. Plus he only charged me £85 even though it was a 3 hour job and his hourly rate is £65! Very friendly and helpful staff!

I believe that people who wrote negative feedback are from a competitor garage. These people are not just nice, but extremely honest and they don’t take advantage of the customer. I have brought for MOT my boyfriend 18 years old car. He wanted to scrap it because a nearby garage quoted the fix more than £2000. This garage changed everything needed for a MOT pass with £220. And I tell you more. They called me listing the parts to change and quoting £270. I agreed. Then when I went to pick up the car they said they did faster than expected and actually total price was £220. I already agreed on the £270 so they could easily charge me that amount, but they were extremely honest and they didn’t. I’ll go back to this garage forever and recommend it to anyone I love.

Been coming here for years and only have good things to say. They were able to recently sort a broken suspension spring the same day. Price is fair and they aren't out to rip anyone off. Good honest garage!

I've had a couple of fixes here now and the work that is needed is thoroughly explained to me and cost of parts clearly pointed out. Whilst having a full service I was shown a trick to help with de-misting my windows which would save me a lot of money so I wouldn't need to replace the fans - A problem that I've actually taken to two of my local mechanics who have said they fixed it but didn't. I now go out of my way to go to this garage :)

Just came here to get my car battery fixed and Chalky and his team had it done in 30 mins!! No booking just dropped it off on the day... £95 for the battery and £15 to install. I'm always a bit worried that I'm gonna get mugged off because I'm a blonde girl and don't know loads about cars but looked up the battery price when I got home and it's £90 online so all in all HAPPY DAYS

I needed an MOT at short notice, these guys fitted me straight in. MOT was done within an hour, work needed doing they did it all there and then, most competitive prices in Bristol, very impressed will definitely be going back, all staff are lovely. Thank you.
