Highly recommend these guys, professional and high standard/quality of work. Originally went to Audi and they diagnosed a repair in the region of around 3-5k. These guys completed the work for half the price audi suggested. All my work will be done through them from now on!

I had the engine management light on. They diagnosed the problem and sorted it all out in a morning. Their depth of knowledge is fantastic and I felt reassured that they knew what they were talking about and would fix the issue. I thought this was a gynaecologist but turns out they're a really good car repair and car sales place. I got a fantatstic car at a great price and very pleasant to deal with. I would definitely use them again.

I've taken my car to this garage 4 or 5 times now and I will continue to do so. They always do a fantastic job, are fairly priced and the staff are always friendly and happy to help. Would honestly recommend them to anyone.

Steve and his team undertook a mammoth job on my R32 of a full engine strip and rebuild, injectors, flywheel, steering rack and timing chain - at a very fair price. It’s as if the car is new now. Absolutely flawless service from day one, always kept me informed, their knowledge of all aspects is incredible, they really genuinely care about your car and taking care of it. Leagues and leagues above main dealer, both price and service. The best garage I’ve ever dealt with by a long long way. Anyone who owns any VW or Audi this is who you want looking after your car / van, you will be in very safe hands.

Popped in to have the timing chain replaced on my scirocco. The guys here are professional, friendly and trustworthy. Great personal service from a professional outfit. Took care of all the work in a very quick turnaround. Got my car sorted and through mot a day early. Even took it down and got tyres and alignment done off their own backs when my rear control arm bushes had been replaced. Steve and his team are head and shoulders above the Bristol VW main dealership. Very highly recommended!!

I wouldn't use anywhere else! Amazing service from start to finish, the owner emailed me back on a Saturday evening regarding an issue I had with my Audi, I dropped the car off at 9am Monday morning and it was ready, good as new by 1pm, all their pricing is completely transparent was given the option of Audi parts or OEM for me to choose. Whats even better as they gave me free advice on my next Audi purchase, even looking over adverts for me and advising what to check when viewing the car. A real down to earth honest Garage you can trust!

After a warning showed up on my dash in my golf mk5 gt TDI I rang the bag centre and spoke to Vince. They recovered my car and diagnosed it which seemed it would need a new engine. They were able to source me a low mileage replacement engine, take mone out and fit it in 2 days. The service was great and they are very reasonably priced. I'd highly recommend for any vw related issues. Brilliant.

Went above and beyond! Fantastic service from all at VAG centre. I called on a Friday afternoon with a job that needed immediate attention. Everywhere else couldn’t help but these guys went out of their way to accommodate me. Same day fix and great price. I couldn’t ask for any more. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Customer Service! Both Steve and Vince come from a very Experienced background in the Motor Trade, especially VAG Group experience! I wouldnt take my VW anywhere else!
