Trustworthy, knowledgeable and extremely professional. I can confidently say that my experience with Western Car Radio has been some of the best customer service I have ever received. They fitted two 1000W RMS (each) subwoofers to my Ford Mustang, as well as sourcing and fitting a suitable amplifier and wiring kit. I also requested a bass control knob be fitted which is tucked away under the steering wheel in an easy-to-access but out of sight location. Even the sizeable amplifier is completely hidden. Nothing was too much trouble for them and their after-sales commitment to customers is phenomenal. I truly cannot praise them highly enough!

Had an im-1000 apple car play fitted to my 2016 Alfa Giulia today. Very professional from start to finish. Not the cheapest but definitely the best. Reverse cam fitted at he same time. Loving the new way my screen looks and being able to use Google and Waze maps is a definite plus to the original Alfa nav. The reverse cam makes getting into my narrow garage simple. Thanks guys.

Just got my sound system fitted. Great customer service, and spent the time talking through different option for the sound quality I wanted ( I didn't feel pressured to make a decision quickly). As a part-time music producer I am very experienced with sound systems and music quality. After getting quotes from different local companies, WCR provided the most competitive quote almost £100 cheaper than other companies. This amazing value was equal to the FANTASTIC service and AMAZING calibration of the sound system in my vauxhall astra. Gary was super friendly and flexible with times on the day of service and on pick-up he kindly showed me the full specifications of the newly installed Kenwood stereo. Furthermore, the team also installed my previously owned sub and amp - balancing the system speakers together. I cannot thank the team at WCR enough! Brilliant job done! Had a Pioneer SatNav/Stereo installed by WCR in our 22 year old car. The advice we received when choosing was measured to our needs and not pushy at all. The Installation was done really neatly with great care and almost no evidence of the work being done. There was a small problem with one of the original panels and they went to great lengths to resolve the issue irrespective of the overall condition of the car (It’s not showroom standard). The measure of a business is not whether it has problems but how it responds to them. Thanks guys you’ve been great

Got some hertz speakers and a sub fitted Into my car in May, I had little knowledge of car audio but wanted to upgraded my basic kit. The staff were very helpful and I'm very glad I chose to go with them. My rear window was jammed a month or two after I contacted them to see if any problems happened during the fitting admittedly not sure where this problem had come from. They asked me to take the car to their garage that day and they fixed it within 10 minutes at no charge. 100% recommend great place and people.

Very good fitting service I travelled from South Wales place was easy to find booked in at 11.30 am got there 11am took my car straight in work shop and got on with the work , had Alpine RA-75m amp purchased there and alpine sub fitted 3hrs later work was complete to high standard even took the time to hoover my car out , will be going back soon for speakers in my doors . 5 stars worth definitely the place to go for car audio , im glad I made the trip I’m well pleased Jase 😊

Travelled from Weston to western audio, on arriving no pressure, had a chance to look at the great range of audio systems, friendly and knowledgeable staff gave us advice on systems suitable for us. Fitting was approximately an hour, had a nice walk round Bristol harbour. Audio was fitted superbly, and we were given a demo on how to use it, plus lots of tips. Excellent service, thankyou.

Bought a DAB aerial splitter, expressed my ineptitude at fitting such a thing and asked for advice, the chap went out the back, came back with a pair of pliers and fitted it for me! Only took him two or three minutes as opposed to the two or three hours and much cussing it would have taken me. Absolutely superb service and above and beyond. Good old-fashioned customer service which I feel should be praised.

Got my car done last weekend, honestly some of the best service money can buy. All the guys down at WCR are some of the most genuine, friendly and knowlegdeable guys in the car audio business and the outcome in my car has been fantastic. As anyone who has had car speakers done before, will know that a good quality set up isn't cheap and the more money you spend, the better results you are guna get. So don't be put off the prices! I did my research afterwards and found they sold all the items I brought at the same or even lower than online prices! Saying that, they do lots of different speaker's, amps and subs to fit all sorts of budgets(and loads more)! Thanks WRC and shout out to Si for providing a awesome service. (Also wanted to put on here that I didn't get the trim covers that I needed to finish the installation for the tweeters on time as the guys I got it off didn't send the right parts. The guys are WRC had done a temp fit so that I wouldn't be without until the right part came in and they finished the fit today at no extra cost in less than 1/2 an hour! Now that is 5* service!)

Cant fault WCR, 5 stars all the way and I'll explain my experience why. I purchased a Dynavin N6 unit off EBay back in Nov 2016, which WCR stated they would fit for me as it was the better end of the budget systems available. Please note, they won't touch dodgy Xtrons Chinese rubbish etc and I don't blame them as I have had experiences with those myself in the past. Anyways, it cost me £79.99 to install the Dynavin N6 unit as the labour rate per hour WCR charge is more as they didn't provide the unit themselves which was fair enough. They're a business not a charity. The unit lasted 4 days and cost me £18 to send back. Nearly £100 in the hole with nothing to show for it. Needless to say I went back to WCR and had a Kenwood DDX8016DABS provided by WCR and installed this morning 14/01/17. Ok so it wasn't cheap lol what with the facia kit, wiring, for my 123d BMW, the DAB Aerial and the unit itself with labour on top but I can't fault the work these boys have done. It's practically factory looking. The DAB Aerial is snug in the corner out the way on the windscreen and the Mic for the Bluetooth up by the Rear View mirror. USB tucked away in the Glove box for the Apple Car play as well. Seriously, I would happily recommend these guys for any form of install. I wouldn't even bother looking for cheaper places as WCR are also the cheapest and the service is faultless as well. Trust me, I looked around even as far as Absolute Audio in Andover and they were £50 more expensive than WCR and Whitehorse Autostyling in Westbury, never got back to me. I like good Service and theirs is crap clearly. Plus I have a 2 year warranty so I know any issues I can go straight back down to WCR. If nothing else I've learnt a valuable lesson, buy cheap, buy twice even if it is the best of a budget brand designed to be plug and play. Will be back down at some point to wire in my Dash Cam but I will not have anyone touch my Audio system apart from WCR from now on. Thanks for the work lads. Stellar job 👌

Amazingly helpful staff - dealt with Simon today - knowledgeable and professional. Knew exactly what would be best for my budget - which I then blew out the window LOL. Helped spec out some decent gear without resorting to the very highest cost items that were on display, which would have been all too easy! Simon had clearly been working in car audio for a long time, knew his latest gear and even some older classic head units I mentioned from back when I was into ICE in a much bigger way. Prices comparable with internet places too - the advice received was worth more than the minor savings elsewhere and I got the kit today. Store felt "high end" with decent displays of mostly mid to higher end kit, not just flashy lights headunits hidden behind perspex panels with an incorrect specification sticker on it like another major high street car audio stockist I could mention. Easily accessible store with decent enough (free) parking availability too for practically the centre of Bristol. Will return again no doubt when I will probably be upgrading my front speakers to go with the other stuff bought today. Recommended

I contacted WRC for an upgrade to my stereo system in a Mitsubishi Mirage. First of all, being disabled, i found the ramp into the shop provided easy access. The shop was layed out into separate manufactuer areas, so was easy to navigate. Everything was easy to see and use if powerd up. Simon greated me and asked me my requirements. Unlike a lot of staff tgese days, he actually listened to my requirements.He offered to demonstrate a car audio system similar to what I wanted. Simon also asked if I was OK to enter the car as he saw I was using a walking stick. Nice to be asked. The sound from the demo car was impressive and I decided to go with a near identical install. Arranging a convenient install day was no problems, and when I realised I had double booked, re schedualing was no problems. On the install day, the member of staff in the fitting bay was ready to go. We discussed the locations for the different bits of kit and the install was started before I even left the premisis. On returning in the evening of the same day, the kit had all been fitted exactly where we had discussed, the car had been cleaned inside and left imaculate. The sound has been above expectations, on further looking around, details like proper grade wiring has beem used and fuses installed wirh 12" of the battety ( a recommendation from my in car hi fi competition days yaers ago) I would totally recommend this company and its staff with confidence.

Just wanted to tell people about my experience I had at western car radio today. I went into the shop with a problem I had with my radio (no sound coming out of any of the doors) I went to a well known store in Bristol and they told me all of my speakers where blown and I needed to replace them which I did not believe so I went to western car radio after a friend told me they would be the people to see. So off I went after a quick chat with one of the staff he asked me for my keys pulled the car in within half an hour it was fixed. Ended up being just two broken wires not the speakers that I was told Would definitely recommend to anyone 👍

Simon and the team really pulled out the stops to get the sound I wanted in my Vito van and I am very fussy! I've taken my cars here since back when I thought it was cool to have neons beneath my car and that driving sideways in carparks was compulsory. I could always rely on the professionalism and advice from Weston Car Audio. They've recently fitted my Civic FN2 with front JL speakers and amp (which I am very happy with). 7 months later a problem occurred where I'd lost sound in my front 2 speakers. WCA assessed the problem and concluded that the wiring what the previous owner had done was appauling. Weston Car Audio have agreed to fix the problem free of charge, even though it wasn't their work. Above and beyond behaviour to their customers from a company I trust.👻

WCR recently installed a music system for my 1967 e-type jaguar. The sound is absolutely outstanding, including a graphic equalizer so that WCR could tailor the sound to the acoustics of the cockpit. In designing the installation, they also showed great respect to accommodate the entirely authentic status of the car. I couldn't recommend the job they did more highly.
