Great staff and very good mechanics, helped me out with timing chain replacement which was a brilliant job done. Besides that I had a problem with an exhaust leak which they found it and fixed it straight away. Another good experience I had with Capital when I showed up without a booking, I had an emergency with brake system, easy fix and again, lovely staff. Definitely will recommend Capital with all my heart and my trust.

Called up yesterday to see if they could fit my car in ASAP to have a full service and check to see why my car had another problem. Was informed I could bring the car straight down and they would help. They stuck to there word and went beyond to help me. The customer service was outstanding. The two mechanics on my car were helpful, knowledgeable, and really keen to help me. They showed me exactly what the issues were and were honest (something you don’t see at many places)! The pricing is really good and due to there knowledge and quick thinking, they have genuinely saved me from needing a new engine. Now it’s the best my car has driven since it left the factory. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! 10/10!

Fast, efficient and economical service centre, located in the back of the the industrial estate. There is a customer waiting area on site with a coffee machine. The business uses a very good website to advertise, WhoCanFixMyCar, this gives a very good local selection of garages at the best prices.

This was the first place that could fit me in for an mot as I forgot and even better I was in within 30 minutes of telephoning. Very professional, I was communicated with throughout the mot and what was needed fixing, and the car was back with me within 3 hours after the work was completed. Re evaluated the quote cheaper after the work was done as well, so 10/10 for customer service. Can't recommend enough.

Our car needed a service, so I took the lazy route of using a 3rd party online service as my usual garage was closed for Covid reasons. The car was picked up at the agreed time and the service was completed quickly.....however, the 3rd Party company then called to state I needed just shy of £1000 worth of work to make the car safe. After a few minutes it was quite obvious it was a sales speech and not from the garage, so declined the work. I appreciate the guys at the garage for making a few advisories and it's quite reassuring they did, as it shows they have good attention to detail & safety. The car was returned on time and couldn't fault the garage from start to finish. The lesson I learnt was go to the garage direct next time (and i will) and avoid 3rd party services at all costs and don't be foolish to judge this garage on costs added by the 3rd party companies, it's unfair and not accurate of the service provided by the garage.

Fast! And I mean fast! Great team and great knowledge about cars! Customer service is out of this world and the prices are more than amazing! In 10 min u get a quote on parts and labour that make you smile! Again i found great coffee! Better than a coffee shop where you pay more than double!

Brilliant and honest service from the garage. We had a problem with the car and went to several garages before Capital, all of them couldn't provide us a clear quote or a solution. We left the car with them and in a few hours, they rang us explaining what the issue was and a very reasonable price for repairing. We were quite sceptical but took the chance and collected the car late in the afternoon. 3 moths later, never had any probs with the car anymore, couldn't be more happier.

After going to 4 different garages each one fobbing me off and the last one making my car worse! These guys have fixed everything! The rattle I had when driving was driving me crazy! None knew what it was so sent me away theses guys found the issues and car drives perfectly! Also amazing value! Was quoted £1,200 for half the work they did and they did it at more than half the price! Thanks guys

My car broke down in B&Q and this garage had been recommended to me - they came straight away and were so helpful in a very stressful situation. Car Service was fine which only meant filter and oil change nothing else not even road test. AC service again had to go 3 times before all leaks were closed which was missed 1st and 2nd time, although not charged for 2nd , 3rd time.
