Always use this garage. Only ever had one problem, which was more of a manufacturer thing, but after trying to fix and save money by not buying an extra part, they followed by replacing the part without any labour costs. Customer service was second to none. Friendly, honest and professional garage. I've used them for many years and always feel confident when I leave there.

Top service from the team at Llanishen MOT+Service. My car's rear lights decided to stop working, and I couldn't fix it myself. I called them at 1630 and was booked in for 0800 the next day. Within 3h of dropping my car off, I received a message saying it was fixed and ready to be picked up. The service advisor was very clear and helpful, and I plan to use this garage for all my MOT and servicing needs in the future.

First time I've ever used them. My daughter's car needed it's first MOT. Looked around and they had reasonable reviews and were Which-approved. Was not disappointed. All very friendly, slik, and efficient. Will use them again for sure.

I only used the shop while getting petrol,staff are friendly and as nice as the sandwhich's are the food and drink is a bit pricey however they do have a really good selection of gadgets like headphones,chargers and satnav holders which are very reasonably priced

I can't thank Karen, Martin and the rest of the team enough. I was unwell this morning. Called at 7am to cancel the MOT booked. By 8am my car had been picked up. By 10:30am my car was back at my apartment!! MOT completed and all issues resolved. The constant communication as to the progress of the MOT was great. These guys are something special. The price was fantastic too!! Thank you for making my Christmas Eve! See you guys next year! ✌

Extremely kwick turn around for my mot. Visited a month later for full service and work on my breaks but had to return with another problem days later and they went ubove and beyond to get the problem solved for me. Best experience with a garage in nearly 30 years of driving. 👍🏻

Called the garage on a Thursday due to a very loud squeal coming from my engine. Was told to just come in and drop off when covenient - which for me was the following Monday. Arrived Monday just after 9 and explained that I had to get to work for 11, they kindly offered to look at my car next so that I wasn't late. Was told that my fan belt had gone but on closer inspection, had found my tension had gone too - bad times. Left my car there the same day to be picked up in the morning as I couldn't get back before close of business - but got a call early afternoon informing me that the work had been completed and that they could drop my car off back to my house there and then to save me having to get back down there in the morning - for free too! Excellent service and very friendly staff (plus they have dogs!) would highly recommend.
