My experience with Balgores Motors Colchester is definitelly very positive and what a great result at the end! Couldn't be better, awesome job and the engineers surely know their profession and have an eye to the detail. Office ladies kept me up to date (thanks Michelle) and overall I am glad I have chosen this garage.

I received a friendly welcome from the reception staff. The bodywork damage was immediately examined by assessor, Richard, who clearly explained what work was required to put everything right. The next morning, Richard emailed me with two detailed estimates, one for using replacement parts and one to repair the damaged bumper. On Richard's suggestion I opted for the much less expensive repair. My car was taken in a few days later and the work was completed in five days, during which time I was informed of the progress. Brilliant job done and I am delighted to say my car looks as good as new again. A truly five star service all round!

Excellent service as always at Balgores of Colchester. I was responsible for some noticeable paint and scratch damage on my recently acquired vehicle. Balgores did such an excellent paint and body work repair job that I no longer think about my misdemeanour! Very professional and polite staff that always deliver.

I was gutted when I scratched my new car but Balgores managed to get it back to looking brand new in just two days’ work! All staff I spoke with were so friendly and professional. Not only was it such a quick turnaround but it cost me less than half of the amount of a quote I received from another well known body repair shop in Colchester, and work was completed to such a high standard. Excellent service from start to finish. We were told exactly what was going to be done to the bodywork and updated by email during the week that the car was being repaired. The car was actually finished the day before the estimated completion date. The car looks like new and the paint matches the rest of the bodywork exactly. After an accident my car was collected by balgores and what can i say one of the best companies i have been to in a long time. Very polite staff in the office and the car was done within a week. On collecting the car i was amazed on how good it looked class A work. Very happy customer. Unfortunately my car was hit again parked in a car park a week later a little scuff and a damaged clip. I call the guys up told me to take it in and boom all sorted within 20 minutes thank you so much Gary. I take my hat off to the customer service from this company if i could give a higher star rating i would they go the extra mile to help. Thank you again i highly recommend this company.

Had company car repair to have major body work to be done. June 18. From initial contact from Colchester Balgores reception team was very friendly and personal. Always happy and smiling faces to be greeted with goes on long way. The mechanic manager Nick Lord came out and viewed damaged and reassured me of time and quality of work to be done was again very friendly and personal. He was professional and informative but kept things nice and easy. Communication was first class through out the process and car came back sparkling clean and repair was perfect. They thoroughly deserved the biscuits and carrot cake I took them in to share. Great work Balgores Colchester team.

I wish to say that Balgores Motors of Colchester are extremely friendly and give a professional service. My Vauxhall Insignia went to them through my insurance company due to an incident resulting my nearside wing and nearside front passenger door receiving collisional damage. It was with Balgores for a week and a half. They repaired the damage and gave it a full valet too. I can't find fault with their workmanship and professionalism. Top company Thanks also to Theresa who assisted me every step of the way. Awesome

Someone not paying attention banged into my front wing, damaging it and the wheel, and jamming the driver's door and the bonnet shut. I had the car booked into Balgore because they are a VAG approved repairer. Then, later, I saw mixed reviews on here and was worried. As it happens, they did a brilliant job. When the car was delivered back to me, I went over it microscopically! I genuinely couldn't tell where the repairs had been done. The car had also been valeted. The repair took 5 weeks, but that included Christmas and New Year, insurance company assessment, and a delay for parts. But all in all, I am really pleased, and op marks to Balgore!

Friendly guys there. Was waiting 20 minutes to be seen at the time although I did just turn up without notice. The price is very steep here though if you want to pay privately for body damage to a car. Was quoted nearly 3 times what other places did.
