L. F.I'd lost use of all gears except for 2nd! I was recommended Evans Motors by a friend, I'm new to the area and rely on recommendations. I was told that the staff were great and that Kelly explains all work carried out in a thorough and understandable way. When I did call, Kelly was incredibly helpful and said that she could fit me in straight away! Once I'd got the van to the garage and they did their checks, Kelly called to explain exactly what the problem was and how they would resolve the problem. Kelly went out of her way to collect a part that was needed to compete the job. Kelly has a genuine and unique caring nature for each of her customers. The mechanics were great too and gave some useful advice.

your services again. I have an MOT due!

J. F.Friendly garage which doesn't set out to intimidate its customers. Dealt with Mike in the garage and Kelly on the phone, both really helpful. Service and MOT went fine, a couple of rear springs required which I hadnt bargained for but they had some in stock so were able to sort out on the same day which was good. Just realised I didn't get a breakdown of exactly what the service covered e.g x litres of brand y oil added but no issue. Would recommend and would return for sure.

A little addition - had an issue with my wife's Car Evans Motors really went above and beyond to diagnose and repair a fault which turned out to be a nightmare job - you really cannot fault this level of customer service - please support this fantastic team.
A. S.I honestly can’t thank the team at Evans Motors enough, especially Kelly. I have taken my car there after months of issues and a faulty repair (by another company) and they have gone above and beyond to help me solve the issue. They have advised me every step of the way, supported my decision making and all with absolutely nothing in return so far. As a woman knowing very little about cars, going to a garage can be scary but I genuinely feel like they have my best interest in mind above anything else. r. k.I took my car here for full service. Kelly, David and the team at Evans did a brilliant job. Infact my car was making a noise which I could not figure out. Dave and Kelly diagnosed it at the right time and rectified it. It was the loosened tyre which was causing that noise and it would have been very dangerous if not rectified at the right time. Thank God.
Communication was very smooth, great response and care was shown towards me abd my car. I would greatly recommend Evans Motors for servicing and repairing your car.

F.I have been to Evans motors 3 times in the last 18 months with 2 vehicles - David drove to my house twice to assess what was required - totally rebuilt my one vehicle in 2 days after it was written off in a crash, and sorted various difficult electrical issues on my other vehicle , assisted in towing the vehicles etc - David and his assistant have been excellent in both technical and customer service, with both vehicles back on the road performing perfectly. Highly recommended.
