Not knowing much about cars, I always feel a bit nervous about taking mine to the garage. The staff here were great and very patiently explained what needed doing and the different options (and price points!) available. I spoke to a couple of different people on the phone and again when I actually went in to drop my car off and pick it up, but they were all very helpful and polite - and even remembered my name, which was a nice touch. Very flexible with timings as well, as I wasn’t able to pick the car up straight away but they didn’t mind keeping it in for me a bit longer. Thanks again for your help!

Been taking my cars here for years and they are always excellent. Work has always been completed the same day it was booked in for. Always honest and forth coming about what work needs doing, never trying to make the job bigger than it needs to be.

A huge thanks to everyone here, I was attending a course at the training company adjacent to the garage (also highly recommended) and having travelled 200 miles, with the return journey that afternoon I had a serious vibration. Despite explaining they were short staffed (this was the Monday of Jubilee week) the key handed over and it was on a ramp in no time. Shortly after they came straight over to see me, quoted me a price for the fault to be rectified and it was done before my course was over. Outstanding service to a new customer, a perfect stranger, who they had no reason to go out their way for but that they did. After a poor response from another garage regarding a problem with our motorhome. I called and booked an appointment with Coventry Garage Ltd. They booked us in promptly and I took the motorhome in today . Excellent service and I will be booking the van in for MOT and service when due. Happy to recommend to others.

Trying a new garage to repair your car is a decision that's necessary and unavoidable. You usually take a friends or colleagues advice which is what I did in finding Coventry Garage. What a pleasure to deal with... I phoned up from Sheffield for my daughter who was worried about getting ripped off being a young woman and in her words ( not having a clue about cars.) So spoke to a guy called Mike who was more than helpful in giving me a breakdown of costs and parts needed for my daughters car. The price was spot on and even picked up and dropped off my daughters car at her place of work. Top guys with a 5* service and would definitely recommend these. Thanks Mike and the team Layne

Incedibly helpful staff who are couteous & swift. Had to have locking wheel nuts removed after Honda dealer failed to return the nut key to my vehicle. Pre-arranged visit time to Coventry Garage (as per Covid regulations) with Mike who (upon my arrival), was prompt at checking that he could sort my car's wheel nuts before setting about the job. we have six vehicles in our family so have been to numerous garages for service and general care and repair. I took my own personal vehicle to this garage and was informed of three possible options for repair. The cheapest of which being the most hassle. Expecting them to take the easiest option for them I was pleasantly surprised when they phoned and told me they had repaired my car and although it took a little more effort, it saved me £500 on the quote I got from the main dealership. By the way I have no connection with this garage except as a new customer.

A wonderful Garage with friendly staff who go above and beyond. Nothing is to much trouble. From squeezing in an MOT after I had forgot to book in advance to checking tyres for me as the weather changed. I think they are very fairly priced in comparison to main dealers and national garages. As a woman it can be quite daunting stepping into a Garage (with it being a prodomently male environment) however I feel totally relaxed coming here. I would definitely recommend visiting here if you need a garage that is friendly and reliable.

Stero type female (review from the wife)... don't know about mechanics and dread a MOT let alone anything else. Have used Coventry Garage after being recomended for a few years for MOT service. Visited today,very stressed after a accident and a nightmare insurance issue. Think it was Mick or Mike who was so professional, not only looked at the car adhoc,tested,explained and reassured in all issues even though they was very busy. They really did go above and beyond and even helped with solutions... problem solved. A rare gem where work and customer service is exceptional, trustworthy and sincere.

Needed some new tyres for my Audi & had heard about this place through a friend. Gave them a call and they were more than happy to assist. Not really knowing what tyres I needed they took care of everything and were much cheaper than I was quoted from a national garage.
