Absolute brilliant service from start to finish. Andy was first class, very professional, polite & efficient. Had a new compressor fitted for the air con, which was sourced no problem (when other garages couldn’t) Communication was spot on, work was done quickly & couldn’t fault anything in anyway. Good service .They charge you for the work they have actually done and don't try to trick you. I took my car there for EGR valve replacement and oil change as they had the best quote for EGR replacement. While doing the oil change, they also fixed an oil leak at no additional cost. I will definitely use this garage in the future too.

Brought the van on on a Friday 9am with an engine fault which was confirmed as an EGR valve problem within 1 hour, and replaced by 4pm. They moved things around after a few cancellations so I could have it back and not miss work. Really great service, and really appreciative of not waiting for ages to know what's going on. My new garage after moving :)

Was pretty good and efficient only complaint from me was that when I went to pick the car up there was no one in reception and customers car keys were all on the counter. Think a permanent reception team is needed. Another customer had to go round to the workshop and usher some mechanics to reception. Other than that very efficient and on line booking easy and convenient. Text to say when car is done is also a good idea.

I arrived nearly 1/2 an hour early for my mot appointment, this wasn't a problem, they took my keys and details, tested the vehicle and gave it me back. Excellent service and a discounted price.

Excellent garage with cheap prices. Very quick and efficient, great MOT service plan I brought the gold bundle. Went in today as my cover for engine cover was loose guys were extremely busy but managed to fit me in and repair the cover within 10 minutes and didnt even charge me. Excellent service i have recommend all my family and friends they all get car serviced from here and all had 5 star service. Keep it is up guys not very honest garages out there but this is definitely one of them.

They fit me in for MOT at short notice. I had a few advisories which they quoted me for. I checked with my usual garage and one other these were the cheapest so took a chance. They have done the work well and some extras at a discount rate. Really helpful and staff were polite and friendly both times I've been in. Coffee is a bonus and place seems clean and tidy. I was worried because of the previous place had terrible reviews but they put me at ease and can say I will be using them again I will reccomend giving them a chance to prove they abega different company and do good work in good time for a great price.

I have had the best experience with the guys at In 'n' Out Garage. I booked through a third party quote finder for brakes, pads, shoes front and back. Firstly they were one of only two that quoted. Secondly they followed up with a phone call and made the deal even better. When I took it in Damien and Saj (I think) couldn't be better at customer service. Every explanation was clear, they did the work in time, I never felt like they were building up to get me to do some other work which you often feel at other places. They went above and beyond by offering to pick me up or deliver the car and when something did go wrong, that quite possibly wasn't their fault, they fixed that thing too without charging extra. There was a small rattle in the days following but it was no trouble for them to put it up on the ramp and check. They spotted the problem and fixed it in minutes and I was on my way. If they can keep this up, they should have a bright future because I and many others will be recommending them.

I drive a long way to go to these guys (over 30 miles) and its always well worth it. Scott on the front counter and Darren in the workshop couldn't have been more helpful. Always great advice and no pushy hard sell like some other garages I could name. Comfortable waiting area too. If ever anyone asks if I would recommend a garage its always In and Out at Coventry. Rates are less than the dealership! Works done to a high standard! Detailed report provided, before and after the work is carried out! 4 stars as my tyre puncture light had not been reset! I would deem this dangerous as you wouldn't actually know, if you had a genuine puncture! Need to rebook appt!

I’ve been using this garage for a a number or years and this is the first time something has gone wrong. They recently worked on my wheel alignment which caused my tyre to be worn on one side (these things happen). What impressed me the most is how they acknowledged the issue and not only rectified the alignment, but also replaced both front tyres for me as a good will gesture. Always been impressed by their honesty and this has strengthened that. Will continue to use for many years to come.

Had my Vw Golf in for an MOT on tuesday 8th Jan. Unfortunatly it failed on a number of issues that cost out of my price range. This caused me alot of immediate stress as i was unsure how to pay for the repairs and rely on my vehicle for work. They set up a payment assist where i was able to pay a minimum amount and pay the rest off in monthly installments it was an absolute life saver. Paid the first payment on collection and collected my vehicle. They also predicted possible issues for next year to be aware of for the next MOT. Very happy with the service from these men.. understanding friendly amd approachable.

My Sister In Law had a Tyre Valve Metal Dust Cap stuck on her Audi A5 and was unable to pump up the tyre.. Our first visit to In n Out.. 40 mins later a new Tyre Valve had been fitted and it only cost £10. Great Customer Service and Karl went the extra mile to help my Friend.

There are few portable heaters but the waiting area was freezing cold. Heating system was poor. Not a ideal place to waiting while with kids. 7) referral to families friends ?
