So I was involved in an accident on my motorcycle, first time ive been in the situation, after many phone calls to insurance companies etc I'm stood in the cold for hours trying to figure out how it all works I get told to phone a recovery vehicle- Google brings me to this guardian angel of the road. came super fast to the scene, had all the skill an knowledge to wheel my poor disheveled motorcycle onto the truck and secured it superbly. Martin (forgive me if I got your name wrong good sir) went above and beyond with the service he provided, not only an excellent recovery provider but a massive wealth of knowledge and advice but also the first person to actually make sure I was alright in the whole situation. Helped explain some things that I had no idea about and has given me plenty of tips I am sure to keep with throughout my years to come. A Big Big Big thank you and if you have any doubts in using this company- don't worry you're in safe honest hands. And the price you pay for it is beyond reasonable. It was £40 cheaper than another company had quoted me.

After a car accident last Tuesday night, a lovely gentleman arrived the next day to collect my car and was very helpful in advising me on things to do to help with my insurance claim. Hello It’s Chris & Paul here. Yesterday (15/10/2018) my Seat Leon suffered a unforeseen failure while en route to catch our ferry to the Isle Of Man. From the moment I spoke to Martin and explained the fault a plan was in place very quickly to get us & the car out of the motorway services & to a garage willing to help with the aim of getting us & the car back on the road ASAP. Nothing was too much trouble for Martin & Tony in the workshop. We were back on the road sorted within 20mins when the part was found and able to get to another time ferry back home. We whole heartedly recommend that you call this company if you are ever stuck at the side of the road with your car broken down. Nothing is too much trouble and is really a true knight of the road. You do not just get a man in a Van; what you get with AAA Recovery Busters is a total service, polite, professional and friendly. None of us like to part with our hard-earned cash but when you feel valued and are well taken care of you don't mind. Good quality service from initial phone contact to final drop off. Yes your pockets are a lot lighter than you'd like but I can honestly say if I needed their servcices again I go back to them in a heartbeat even if I recieved a cheaper quote from elsewhere which I actually did but I still felt good that I'd spend my money with the right business. Short version: Great service. Honest and helpful. Longer version: After a gearbox failure on my car that couldn't be sorted at one garage, I booked in to another in desperation. Called AAA Recovery for a quote, but they suggested they might know a better garage to solve the problem. After digging through his contacts, Martin found an automatic gearbox specialist (that I couldn't) and we arranged to get the car there. The pick up was punctual and professional and my problem is now sorted. It was clear that Martin hates seeing someone in trouble and goes out of his way to help. I'm immensely grateful for the extra time and effort that he put in, as otherwise I'd probably still be moving the car between garages and hoping for the best.
