First time using Allen’s auto care today for my mot and service unfortunately it did fail but passed later on after work was carried out, the customer service from you guys is exceptional, I’m absolutely clueless when it comes to my car I can just about manage to put screen wash in, you were really informative even collected it from my house and dropped it back later on, very reasonably priced not con artists like other garages are, will definitely be using yearly or whenever I need a car repair, have recommended to all family and friends. Thanks again really appreciate everything and would highly recommend to all! 5 stars!!!!

These guys came & saved us from the side of the road, we knew nothing about the area as we had driven hundreds of miles. We called them & explained we had spark plug issues & no break down cover & they were the most helpful & kind people we’ve ever dealt with in this sort of situation. They ensured all the parts we needed were with us within the hour, they calmed my nerves & fixed the car in 45 minutes! Absolute lifesavers! Highly recommend if you have an issues. First time going to Allen’s AutoCare. What a little gem. Fitted me in to get me back on the road when they were clearly busy. Positive experience from start to finish. The staff were lovely and helpful. Will definitely be my garage of choice from now on.

Few days before Christmas, driving back home from York to Cornwall (long drive!) when I broke down nearby. Gave this garage a call (lovely lady on the phone) and they were the only garage in the area who would happily fit me in at sudden notice. Within 15 minutes the mechanic diagnosed the issue, and in 2 hours the repairs were done at the price quoted. We cannot thank Stuart at Allen's Auto care enough for saving our holiday. I rang them following our caravan skylight coming open (handle had broken and fallen off) from a nearby services they told us to come and they would help. We arrived they was so helpful and professional and saved us and made us feel welcome whilst they worked hard. My coil spring broke on my way home (making very suspicious and dangerous noises) and by chance I managed to pull over into Allen's autocare, in the pissing rain, after hours and they came out and helped me get the car back into a driveable state so I could get home!! I would like to thank the guys here so much. Travelling from Leeds to Birmingham when someone noticed both my brake lights were out. Called them as they were close to Donington services and the lady there said no problem come straight over and someone will replace them for you which they did. Great service!!!

Fantastic garage. I parked my car in a local drive through JustPark when I flew overseas from East Midlands airport, when I got back my spring broke yards from where I'd parked, so I left the car there and went home on the train. I rang Allens the next day, they fetched my car straightaway, diagnosed it as needing a new spring, mounts and tyre, and had it all fixed by the middle of the day after, for a very reasonable cost. I was so lucky that it broke near such an obliging garage! Thanks so much!
