O. S.AW recently did repairs on my Ford fiesta after someone hit the back of my car. The service I received was amazing, they gave regular phone calls and emails about updates on the car detailing each process. The service was very fast and efficient and I had my car back within a couple of days. When I picked up my car, I was so pleased with the repairs on the back and the car was immaculate inside and out, looking like a brand new car, so impressed with the teams efforts. On collection David Bush was efficient, knowledgable and polite. Overall, I would highly recommend AW Repair Centre to anyone as the service was amazing!

W.Car went into aw derby for a repair after an accident involving a badger, been in the body shop industry myself for many years I was hesitant at how the car would be repaired.... to say when the car was collected I was completely put at rest is a massive compliment to aw and the guy we was in contact with (Wayne) car has came back like brand new. The paint and finish of the car is 2nd to none the colour match is perfect 10/10 Which isn't easy knowing the car has a pearl effect paint job. F. K.I've been a bit of a nightmare customer as I didn't know the group before my insurance company chose them, and having heard horror stories about other companies handling high spec cars, I was on my guard. I needn't be.
Megan was regularly in touch with updates and handled my sometimes pressuring questions with professionalism and understanding.
The estimator listened to my concerns about a couple of items and dealt with them in my favour.
I turned up today and was taken into the workshop where my M4 had been repaired perfectly, and valeted to perfection.
My M4 was given pride of place just behind the shutter door and looked like a showroom model under the lights.
I know that if I have any issues moving forward, they will be dealt with without question and fairly.
In these difficult times you've done a great job AW, and handled a hard to please customer with kid gloves.

A. P.AW have been absolutely brilliant! They have an app which enables you to track the status of your repairs which is brilliant. They have also kept me well informed of any problems or delays in sourcing parts (my car is a Chinese electric car so delays were expected) and have pushed the suppliers well enough to have sourced the parts as speedily as possible. They have also liaised very successfully with my insurance company. Result! They have now given me an expected completion date and if the final repair is as good as their performance so far, I'll be well chuffed! WELL DONE AW!!
