D. N.Good customer service, friendly staff..I purchased my Hyundai Tucson from Read Hyundai Doncaster but found a couple of issues with it. I went to Read Hyundai Derby and they were brilliant and rectyfied the issues free of charge. My car was cleaned after each visit too. 5 star service.

R. W.New to brand. I found the receptionist and other staff welcoming and helpful. Booked my car in, returning later and presented clear feed back on issue. I wasn't given a list of things they recommended I get done, which was a pleasant surprise. It is a relatively small outlet but it is part of a larger group. That said I didn't feel they were doing me a favour, like some local 'premium' brands, who try to sell you more than you need. In terms of cost I can't comment yet, this was a warranty issue and free map update. I would expect them to be competitive, we will see.
