Last week I part exchanged a mint,,! Red Golf R and bought a silver Volvo V40 D4. Anthony is very thorough when checking your part ex, he even diagnosed a actuator fault on my car, when checking before we did the deal, apparently my centre vents were stuck and wouldn't pass any air through, we sorted a price out for the job, then we sorted out a deal. The car I purchased is in lovely condition, and I'm very happy with the car. Anthony is a really nice guy and was easy to deal with, very helpful. Only have 1 issue, the cars need a proper valet before there sold. Not much to ask, as specially when he's selling my old car for £3.000 more than he paid me. My car smelt like a dog inside, Car salesman hey 🤨

I came to midland automotive group as they had advertised a 2015 Ford Fiesta at a very competitive price. When I called Justin he was more then happy to offer a test drive on the Saturday outside of trading hours. Was very informative and polite about the car in question and was very honest about the vehicle e.g told me the real mpg of the car compared to the advertised which was refreshing as other salespersons would rather lie. Felt no pressure to buy the car at all and left me alone to think. When I had brought the car he was very helpful with necessary paperwork. In addition he left me put a deposit down indefinitely whilst I gathered funds and was not pressuring on me. An MOT and service were included in the price and when I had a sensor issue he immediately fixed it no questions asked. Would highly recommend Justin and the establishment as they were extremely professional and hassle-free.

Took my Qashqai for a new clutch and flywheel along with an annual service. The work was done in a day and at a good price that was all agreed beforehand. Very clean workshop and 2 great guys. I can't recommend this place highly enough and will go back for further work should it be needed. Steve.

Went in for an MOT. Booked it the night before and within 10 minutes got a call to confirm booking and if anything was wrong prior to the examine and to focus on. Excellent customer service. Justin even filled the tyres with air and I think tom? Did a complementary check on the coil pack and spark plugs as I had a worry. No faults proven and even offered me a lift to the shops while I waited. Can’t fault the customer service and the service provided. Will be back again.

Such an awesome service. I turned up and while I waited the thing I needed fixing turned into a whole part (my heater fan stopped working but before that it was making a horrible noise) so the part was ordered and fitted while I waited all in all less than 40 mins from arrival to fixed and driving away. Such a nice service and I felt welcomed. I will now be a repeat customer.

Midland Automotive Group LTD I have just purchased a Mini Coupe from MAG and I’m so glad I used them. Anthony listened to my requirements both in budget and style. As a single lady I very much relied on him to do absolutely everything and from the beginning I knew he was on my side, hunting for my perfect car. He was reassuring and within no time he had found me a fantastic car. When I went to pick it up although it was lovely I saw another one on the forecourt and changed my mind ! This didn’t phase him and was happy for me to swap.As he wanted me to be excited about my purchase.It was so kind of him. I will be able to return for any issues and services that arise. Recently I purchased a car from Midland Modern Classics. Spoke to a guy called Anthony on the phone before driving around 40miles to see vehicle. Anthony approached us when we got there and introduced himself and handed us the keys for us to look at the car. I really liked him from the minute we got there and liked the fact he let us look at the vehicle without watching over us. I can tell you the car we bought a 5Dr Mini Cooper hatch was in lovely condition and far better than most BMW dealership s had on offer on their forecourts and for less. The whole purchase went smoothly and we're very happy with our purchase. I would definitely look at buying a car from him again. Great dealership enough said.

I recently bought a Peugeot 308 from Anthony at Midland Modern Classics. I knew which car I was looking for and had researched (obsessively) on Autotrader, eBay and Gumtree for a couple of weeks so knew, when I saw it online, that it was a very reasonable price for what was being sold. I went to see the car and was left alone with the keys to look it over. There wasn't a hint of any pressure or sales patter. I bought the car. It was 4 years old and was immaculate to my eyes but they still had it valeted prior to collection and it looked brand new when I picked it up! On getting it home, I initially thought there was an issue with the parking sensors. To cut a long story short, I contacted Anthony and without hesitation he said that they would book into a Peugeot Dealership and would cover all costs if there was any issue at all. Within a couple of days, I realised there was actually no problem with the car, it was me being an idiot. Suffice to say that in any case, it demonstrated Anthony's integrity and after purchase service. I wanted to leave a review as I'm a sceptical person and particuarly untrusting generally when it comes to looking for a new car. I can wholeheartedly recommend Anthony and Co and wouldn't hesitate in using them again in the future.

Travelled from birmingham to see a car on a bank holiday monday. And the salesman raj. Was very happy to meet us and open up for use to view and test drive the car a mitsubishi phev hybrid. He knew everything about the model unlike the salesmen at car supermarket. Who all they wanted was me to sign a finance contact. Didn't want to know about cash via a bank draft. Raj was happy with this and we struck a deal. Then 2 days later drove to spain in it. And got 80 to 110 mpg. Fantastic sales man. Would highly recommend going there. Thanks.
