Took my car a couple of weeks ago to have my tyre plugged from driving over a screw and the young lad that did it fit me in last minute before they shut, done it quite quick and also did it for free. Couldn’t have been happier with the service and will definitely be using them again when I need anything sorting.

My Lads car had a blow out of the A1 late at night, recovery dropped the car to the Balby Rd branch and he continued on his way to Mancheste, with a note from him and the keys through the letterbox, he was able to pick the car up on Sunday. I was contacted throughout and informed as to getting the tyres into sort it.

Drove in with no wheels on my car as those pesky thiefs stole them. Made me really mad GRRRRRRRR. A lovely middle aged man called Isaac put four of the finest wheels on my automobile. It was done in a crazy fast record time and for this i gave him a very modest tip. I love this place i see it as my place of worship against the pesky rotten thieves now. Friendly and efficient staff. Reasonable prices too. Went for my cars M.O.T and they said it'd take 1hr and that's exactly how long it took! Also got a free alignment check thrown in. Very good service from the initial phone call to the driving away. I was kept well informed of any delays and what the procedure of the puncture repair was. Even to the degree where Ahmet brought the punctured tyre to me in reception and explained what he was about to do. Well impressed. Will use again.

Booked an appointment to get my car fixed arrived in time to find they were 45 minutes behind. Second appointment booked waited 30minutes and when it was what I assume my turn agent came out told me I needed new tyres at a cost of nearly £400 so again nothing done. Third appointment booked was told it was going to cost between £50-£100. It cost me the £100.00 don’t think I’d have been as disappointed had it not taken 3 trips. Only went back because it was the closest/safest option. The two gents who liased with me were lovely.

I have a Mercedes AMG GT and tyres are very hard to get hold of for it, I arrived at kwik fit to think I would get the same answer of 10-14 days special order for my tyre size. However, Ahmet was great and got on the phone to the supplier right away and promptly supplied me a price and said he could have them the next day at 10am. Sure enough, I pulled up 10am the next day and they got straight to work on my vehicle, swapping my 20” tyres in just over an hour. Brilliant service from Ahmet and the team!

Call into Balby rd depot this afternoon because my offside front tyre was losing pressure Ahmet Tasci the supervisor put my car on the ramp and checked the tyre for a puncture but none found but he did find a bent valve which he changed for me and cured the problem without any charge I was so grateful and relieved he deserves to be mentioned for excellent service and understanding he is certainly a great asset to your company well done Ahmet thanks again

I omitted to send a review to accompany the rating which was an oversight. Firstly the price of the new tyres was excellent and I ordered 2 new tyres on the website without any problem and was able to select a time to suit myself. On arrival, I was acknowledged and the fitter who was very pleasant indeed started work virtually straight away. If I could give 10 stars I would! Had a blow out of my tyre and had to pull off the main road near to the Kwik Fit garage in Balby. My car doesn't have a spare tyre and I didn't have any repair foam, My dad called into the branch and Jamie the supervisor on duty offered to help. He carried the jack round to where the car had broken down took the tyre back to the garage to put on a new tyre on he then took the new tyre back to the car and installed it on the car. This was all done 10 mins before the garage closed it actually took him over closing time. The service from Jamie and the garage was second to none and I cannot thank them enough. My dad uses this garage for his company car and always swears by it but this was going over and above the normal service. Thank you so much cannot recommend the garage enough.

Went in today with for a heat shield repair and a side light after putting up with it rattling for over a week until I could get a day off. Called in at 8.30am, got an appointment for 2.30pm and was leaving for 3pm. Thank you Jamie and Jack for their great service, they sorted all my issues and even noticed that my tire was a little flat and pumped it up for me too. Couldn't rate highly enough.

Recently faced a challenge with low pressure on our car tyres on a Sunday. And calling out Audi Assist it was concluded that a damaged tyre would have to be replaced. We went to the local Kwik Fit garage where the team were able to source the tyre and make changes on Monday, the following day. I then went to the garage after work to get this actioned. When changing the tyre it was realised that Audi had removed the locking key from the car. And the only solution on a Monday evening was to get this via Audi Assist team which involved another 1 hrs wait. The Kwik Fit representative appreciated my predicament and waited even after closing time to make certain my car would be back on the road. This was truly extraordinary service where someone is going that extra mile to offer help and support. I would this like to applaud all the team at this branch and especially commend Adam Leek for such a stellar job and for the patience and courtesy he shown on this day and especially answering the questions from a novice like me that knows about cars. A big Thank You to Adam and the team for such great service which is a true compliment to the Kwik Fit brand and happy to recommend them to everyone for an outstanding experience without inflated prices.
