I found Chiprian through google, to Remap my Toyota Hilux. I had spoken to numerous people about remapping it as it is a new-ish vehicle and they either said yes no problem and never turned up or said No. Chiprian gave me a definitive answer within 2 minutes of our conversation and had it booked it 1 minute after that. The tune is absolutely amazing in power and economy how I wanted it with no fault lights and 1000 miles driven.

Took car to this garage referd by a family member car was juddering under load. These lads checked over it and found to be a blown turbo. new turbo fitted and a servce then found that the car had a bad map. Further work to remove the bad map and put back to stock. On a weekend visit to Doncaster from Somerset our wheelchair accessible vehicle broke down with a fuel injection problem. A well known garage who didn’t deal with this kind of problem suggested Sure Start. I needed to get my husband, who is paralysed home asap. Sure start were very efficient and had us back on the road the following day. Very reasonably priced as well.

Fanatastic guys, had my Citreon Relay van / camper repaired. Everything was explained in detail and was simple to understand. Through out the engine repair I was updated constantly and given the oppurtunity to go ahead with part changes on my approval when issues were found. All the parts that were removed from my vehicle were available to view, not that this was required as you can instantly tell that these guys are very trustworthy. The knowledge and skills of these guys doesnt match the prices they charge "very resonable", its hard to come by a car repair garage that you can trust in Doncaster but this is one of those hidden gems.

Used these guys some years ago & was well happy back then. Had running issues with my VW T4 2.5. They found 5 fault codes & sorted them as well as adjusting pump timing & checked all associated wiring & sytems. Runs a lot better now & allowing it to be remapped with the faults cleared. Same guys, same quality service & the same results, spot on cheers fella's 👍🏻

My sons diesel Vauxhall Vectra was losing power intermittently over a period of time and eventually would not start at all. Had it recovered to Sure Start who diagnosed the problem within couple of hours. They rang to inform him of the problem and fixed price cost to repair before commencing work. Vehicle was back with my son within six hours of them getting it and running perfectly. This is a very professional business run by nice owners who are very fair. I would not hesitate in using them again and will happily recommend them to anyone especially if you have Diesel engine problems. Thanks very much for brilliant service.

Brilliant! Recommended by mylocal mechanic who was chasing a non start diesel fault on my 2002 Grand Cherokee. Droppped in for a diagnostic and they rang back within a few hours with the problem, what parts it needed and how they need to do the job and more importantly a price and a price if they needed to fix an unforseen issue once started. They did the work and found the problem as described and resolved , at the price they had agreed !! no more EZ Start to fire up each time and a week on it still starts on the button as it used to Finding garages like this are difficult , especially when diesel , but 5* to them and would go back without a doubt and recommend i shall thanks again !!!

Diagnosed that the issue with my ford transit pickup was internal of the engine. The team removed it and completely rebuilt it. New pistons, crank etc. All the way through the process I was kept upto speed via WhatsApp with detailed images of the rebuild and diagnostics from their software equipment. Absolutely fantastic set of mechanics/engineers. I would t hesitate in using them or recommending them. All components used where genuine and the price was more than fair. Tbh I've just booked in another vehicle of mine that has a rattle from the rocker cover and 100% confident they'll sort the problem. 5 Stars All The Way. Huge thankyou to the team at SureStar.
