M. E.Was sent to L&I Eaton Dunfermline by my insurance company for my BMW 4 Series to be fixed! I was a bit sceptical at first due to the reviews on here, however, I called up reception dealt a lot with Aaron and Hannah who kindly booked me in very fast! Kept me updated regularly via calls and texts (as someone with anxiety this is great!) car was completed quickly and to a high standard full new bumper, painted; Quality checked and valeted for collection. It’s always stressful when your car is away been repaired but using this garage made it very stress-free and staff were knowledgeable about cars and their services. I hopefully won’t be in an accident again/car bumped but if so I’d come back to this garage 🙂
Q.Just got my car back. Fantastic job. Needed the rear panels done after someone scraped and bumped down the side of my car. They picked up the car when they said they would and dropped it off after I had payed my Excess. Cleaned and valeted my car too
M. j.From never been in an accident before and not knowing what to expect from putting my claim in to receiving a phone call from the garage it was so quick and sufficient. I was explained in great detail from the receptionist staff exactly what would be happening and put me at ease throughout the whole process until receiving my vehicle back. So glad my insurance recommended them as the service was 10/10 and would recommend them to anyone.

a. c.Superb repair!! can't fault L&I Eaton Dunfermline at all. From start to finish i was kept informed on my repairs, explained thoroughly what was going to be done which put me at ease as i didn't think they could repair the car to the standard i expected however when the friendly driver delivered my car i couldn't believe it, the car looked like it had never been in an accident. Trust worthy 5* repairer !!!
