j. a.Great staff, being friendly, helpful and accommodating. Explained the problem, offered alternatives and also advice as to the option to take. They went out of their way to complete the work in a restricted time scale and were good enough to stay open until I was able to get to the garage. Work completed satisfactorily and efficiently. Very good attitude towards the customer which was a big contrast to another local competing firm.

My local garage replaced an O2 sensor twice (!!!) in my qashqai a year ago but told me if the engine light came straight back on (which it did) it was a wiring issue and would be not cost effective to repair. I noticed more issues appearing on my diagnostics recently so bit the bullet and booked it in with Abbey Auto Electricals. The initial response was I needed a replacement O2 sensor, understandably I was edgy about but agreed to having it replaced. Incredibly this clearly was the fault as my car drives like a new car! Engines quieter and significantly increased fuel efficiency. Thanks so much and will be straight back with any future warning lights!! Thanks again!!

It’s good to deal with a garage who isn’t speaking in jargon and is fair with the customer. The lads reworked some old burnt-out wiring on my vehicle and made a great job of stripping it and tidying up.
They were also extremely honest and saved me money I was prepared to pay elsewhere.
I will definitely put more work their way on the future.
