j. j.Great service. Took RAV4 on for full service. I wasn’t charged for spark plugs as they “wasn’t needed” many garages would have still charged for them.
C. W.I've used these excellent car mechanics for over 30 years. When investigating a worrying noise, for example, they will keep going until they find it and not charge for all the hours because they value their customers. This inspires loyalty.
Unfortunately I cannot give 5 stars. Since they were forced to move premises, they no longer stock tyres. Not a big problem but an inconvenience nonetheless. Otherwise they have kept up with all the motor industries changes. And I trust their advice, which is worth a lot these days.
