Used this garage today due to a squeaky sound with my suspension- mechanics worked really hard to get to the cause of the problem and kept me updated throughout the day on what they were doing. Found everyone I spoke to very honest and up front about the issue and they explained it all really well to me having zero knowledge of cars. Their advice was fair and reasonable and there were no hidden costs - they actually did all the work of finding out what was wrong and didn't charge me a penny. I'll be using this garage again and will be recommending them to friends and family. Thanks very much !

A great garage, at short notice the mechanics gave my C4, a check over in relation to starting and the battery. Diagnosed it as nothing more than a battery problem, and ordered one to be fitted same day, which was very much apreciated as i was heading down to Paris and onwards to Andalucia the next day. The team at the garage have been absolutely amazing. Not only they found the fault behind he switching on of my engine light on my c3 Picasso, but they were also truly professional and honest. As I could not leave the car with them due to work related reasons, the guy explained to me the problem in detail and did not charge me for the engine reading nor for their help. Mind you that this was my first time in their workshop and they did not know me at all! These guys are the best mechanics I've seen so far, (especially Mr.Craig, who went out of his way to save my car which I thought to break down in parts) Look no further, they are worth the time and pay.

Been having problems starting my car and took it to Arnold Clark while car was in warranty. Arnold Clark charged me £118 to tell me nothing was wrong with my car. Minutes later, I'm having trouble starting the car in their car park. Warranty actually ran out then I took it to my local garage. They told me there was definitely a problem but they couldn't find it. I done a Google search to find this garage. I thought it was an official Citroën garage so travelled 60 miles from Clydebank (outside Glasgow) to Edinburgh. The mechanic found the problem before putting it through diagnostic machine. Put it through the diagnostic to confirm his thoughts. Booked in few days later to get a fuel pump fitted and now car starts first time every time. As I am a driver instructor, I can't have any lights coming on the dash board in test or test will be abandoned costing me more money. Can't recommend them highly enough. Done the job that Arnold Clark was meant to do. Cheers guy. Well pleased. 😊

Been using this garage for a long time now. They are always very good and the prices reasonable. Recently had the oil light come on and a nasty noise coming from the engine. The guys checked the car over and changed the oil and filters and it's back to running well. Highly recommend this garage.

These guys are amazing! I had a big issue with my NOx sensor last year and the guys at Citroen Servicing handled the issue really swiftly and took their time to explain what was wrong with my car and advised me on how to avoid future issues. A few weeks back the 'Service' light and 'Check engine' notifications came up on my Citroen C4 dashboard when I was driving to work... and then magically disappeared a few hours later when I finished work :/ Despite the disappearance of the notifications, I decided to head over to these guys just to get some advice and put my mind at ease. A lovely chap (whom I sadly didn't catch the name of) greeted me and I told him what was up. He said 'not a problem!' and plugged a diagnostic system straight into my car. It turned out not to be a big issue but whilst I was there they decided to pop in some new lights above my back reg plate... which I didn't even realise had blown. I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone. I've never met such an honest and happy car garage bunch, who still manage to stay professional and honest :)

Started using Citroen servicing a few years ago after a recommendation from a friend. All the lads who work there Craig, Derek, Brian and Ryan are all very professional, honest and great with diagnosing issues. I'd bought brand new tyres for my porsche macan and on getting a puncture I returned to farmers who quoted 300 to replace a near brand new tyre. Took it to Citroen services and they plugged the tyre, can't recommend the guys highly enough. All jobs from servicing to mot's are no bother so if you want proffesional lads working on your cars at honest prices you can't go wrong with this garage.

I booked my in. For new interior fan and relay and service. I was surprised at how quick considering the present conditions ( CV19) everything we done. As I took it in on n the Monday afternoon ready for them to start Tuesday, and by lunchtime I had had call back reference to the fan fault and as adviced about the fault possibly would not last due to couple similar cars having the same fault and back in within six months for new fan unit. But I got her new fan fitted and basic service performed and all done for £600. Only the difficulty about the place, is the way in, as it all one-way streets, and the lack of parking. Which in turn is not disabled friendly. But party from that the car feels lot better.

Airbag/pretensor warning light came on Main dealer couldn’t take me for a month yet these guys got me in that week. Their new diagnostic machine quickly identified fault and attempts to sort it. Booked in for next week but they advised to get back onto dealer and get it done under warranty. Offered to pay for their time and effort but they just asked for a review. Would recommend them.👍👍

I have been using Citroen Servicing since about 2004. I don't like going anywhere else. I like and trust the guys here. They always look out for my best interests rather than theirs. We rarely disagree and there has never been any issue with going with my preferred option whatever that may be.

I took our c4 picasso in because a few minutes into driving the gear box would switch out of automatic and stop allowing the use of anything but the first three gears and a series of lights and faults would all come on at the same time. They found a load of corroded wires and replaced them and sent me on my way. On the way home the faults all came back on again so they took it back in and kept looking and kept finding corroded wires. It obviously took longer than they, or I was expecting but in the end they did an excellent job and the faults no longer come on (after about a month of driving it). They also fixed the issue that was keeping rain water from draining out of the car properly. They kept me up to date with what was happening throughout and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Craig, Derek and Brian helped us every time when we had problems and they were fixing our cars promptly and very professionally. I've been taking my (now sold) Citroen Belingo here for years, and was almost hesitant to switch car manufacturer in case they didn't cover the new make! I was pleased to discover that they do, as they cover lots of different manufacturers. What I love about this garage is their refreshing honesty. They have never tried to rip me off. Highly Recommend these guys to resolve any issues with your Citroen or other brand of vehicle. They have the facilites, diagnostics as well as a wealth of experience on-hand to overcome any obstacle. Craig in particular was the person I dealt with mostly during my own experience which was to resole an issue with my own 2008 Citroen C4 Picaso and found him to be articulate in communication. The work done was resolving a timing belt and water pump issue caused by another garage as it arrived at Citroen Services as a non-starter, work was re-inspected and damaged parts replaced, ecu diagnostic performed, egr replacement and dpf clean and it's now starting on the button again. So give them a call and see for yourself.

My wife had a problem with her electronic handbrake. After being told by another garage that we needed to find a Citroen specialist, I found this garage through Google. We booked in just after 8am and went for a coffee to plan our day without the car. After leaving the cafe I noticed a voicemail from the garage. They had located the problem and fixed it. Take my Citreon DS3 to these guys. The prices are excellent and they do a great job. Got my brakes and discs done a few months back for really good (unbeatable) price. And just got MOT done so new tyres and new exhaust needed. Again the prices are excellent. It's a real pain for me to get my car here and pick up but I wouldn't go anywhere else. I seen a review on here about rude staff or some thing I not had these problems and don't really care it's a garage and quality of work and price is most important. You definitely get that here.

Took my car here after an MOT fail report I didn't believe from one of the large chain garages - one that claims to fit things quickly. They were able to look at it really quickly, give me an honest assessment and charge me a lot less for the few things that actually needed done than the other lot. Now taking my 3rd car to these guys as they clearly know their stuff. No nonsense and honest approach to mechanics which regrettably is becoming more and more absent. They beat the rates of dealership servicing (example Oil Inspection & change at Seat = £153, these guys £40 + VAT) and turn the work around quickly. Recommend booking the car in with a day or two notice as these chaps are incredibly busy (which in itself is a positive). Best in Edinburgh.

Really nice staff. I went there after a service elsewhere, where they attested me a rusted exhaust and that they would need special Citroen parts which would cost a couple of 100 pounds. At Citroen Servicing they looked at it carefully, found out that it is enough to fix a few bolts that were indeed rusted - and all of that for free. Great place.

Excellent service. Kenny, Craig and Brian are proper old school mechanics not like those mainstream outlets that are totally reliant upon their diagnostic systems which invariably tell them that the engine needs replacing and they pass the news onto the customer. The boys at Citreon servicing have saved me from the mainstream retailers on a couple of occasions. One time they got a job done for £275 that mainstream was wanting £1600 for. They are also very busy, so cant always take your car in same day, and thats why i occasionally find myself using the 2014 watchdog rogue traders kwik fit, the boys that break your car and offer to go halvers on the repair that they caused as a goodwill gesture. If you can wait a day or two, in order to get an honest answer and a relatively cost effective job done, then i highly recommend Citreon services

A friend recommended Citroen Servicing after having had some work done on her car. I had a mystery power loss in my C5. Over the phone they initially suggested a few fixes, the more I listened the more I was assured that these guys really knew their onions. So rather than faff around myself I booked my car in. They kept me informed of what they would be doing, they diagnosed sticky turbo vanes, they cleaned it up and the performance returned. They are enthusiasts of the marque and were still enthusiastic about XMs which scared the pants off Citroen dealership mechanics. In summary a great bunch of knowledgeable mechanics that really know all there is to know about Citroens. They will be my garage of choice even though I live over the Forth in Fife.

Had a problem with the roof on our Citroen DS3 cabriolet today 28/2/17...it got jammed open with something on the parcel shelf. Found this garage and was over the moon with the service provided! One of the mechanics took nearly two hours to manually close the roof having to climb in through the back seats as the boot was also jammed!! After all that effort he wouldn't take a penny for his efforts. It Was my 60th birthday today and it was also his birthday and he wouldn't even take some money for a birthday drink!
