Returning customer, had a few issues with my car and brought it in after calling up to ask about having it looked at and quoted. Everyone there was friendly and efficient, kept me up to date on the issues with the car after taking a look, explaining what was wrong with it and what would need to be done to get it fixed. All done in one day after dropping it off in the morning, really great service.

Fantastic garage with a great team of mechanics. Always friendly (remember your name, etc), reliable and reasonably priced. Attending for MOT & general maintenance for 5+ yrs since regular mechanic retired and recommended them and been pleased with service.

The guys at Greenend Morors are brilliant. They've looked after my cars for many years and are really trustworthy and very nice people.

Absolutely excellent garage. I've been taking my car here for the past six years. As a young woman who knows nothing about cars it's always a fear that I could get taken advantage of at garages when it comes to charges. This garage are exceptionally honest and scrupulous. I had an issue with my car before that I presumed would cost around £100 (it sounded complicated), but when I went to pick the car up the mechanic told me that it was a really small job that had hardly taken any time at all. It is such a comfort going there knowing that I can trust them to do a brilliant, honest job. I never take my car anywhere else and would highly recommend them!

Brought my car in for an MOT here. Great service as was able to get it booked in for a couple of days time and drop-off and pickup was simple. MOT was done same day and all work and charges were explained upon receipt. Great value for money. Only recommendation I would give is that on the website you request a time slot or day for booking in and have to wait for a call back or email to confirm if you can get that time or day which causes a bit more work for all parties - there are a few sites out there that let you build a website with a booking system ready made so could be a worthwhile investement to make the booking process much smoother. Will be back for any issues my car has in future and would recommend

Excellent garage, would highly recommend them. Have used them for a few years now and have always been very happy. For example recently I had 2 flat tyres at home at the same time due to 2 valve failing, they came round picked up the wheels brought them back fixed and when I asked how much was told "don't worry about it". That's what I call customer service!

I had a problem with the boot of my car not opening. I was passing this garage and thought id just pop in to make an appointment to have it looked at. The man i spoke to was more than happy to have a look then and there even tho the garage was extremely busy. After a few moments the boot was opening and shutring fine. I asked how much he told me no charge. I tried to hand him something to say thanks and he would not take it. Excellent customer service and extremely delighted with how quick he fixed my boot. Will be using using this garage in the future.

Had my works Ford Transit mot done with them this week. Can't fault the service i received with them. Everything was done quickly and after years of dealing with shoddy Dick Turpin garages over the years this place is a breath of fresh air! John even showed me everything that had been done to my van while it was up on the ramps when i went to collect it. The garage is spotless and would definitely uses them again. Good honest service.

Yesterday on a day trip from the Borders to Edinburgh I hit a pothole. Car full with a 6 month baby and a 2 year old on a Friday afternoon I though argggg, total disaster. This amazing garage got parts ordered delivered and fixed a shock absorber and suspension plate in under 2 hrs. Can’t thank you enough for allowing us to get home. Fantastic service. These guys are the best in Edinburgh. Been using them for years. Had a big Mazda they even built parts for when their were none available!! Ive been unfortunate with cars, they always tell you if its worth getting the work done or not. One garage that will be fair and honest. I've since moved to the other side of town but I still use them!! Id say, keep up the good work John and the guys but I somehow suspect they will!!
