Friendly and efficient. I was stranded on the side of the road and had a rescue truck with me in 10 minutes after making one phone contact. There's no need to panic. My automobile was quickly loaded onto the back of the truck by the recovery driver, who knew what he was doing. Thanks to the Wright Automotive crew for their excellent work.

I'd never actually dealt with these people before. My vehicle's tyre valves were leaking air, so I called for help.The problem was immediately addressed, and it was resolved the same day. Chris is an absolute wizard when it comes to cars. My car was at another garage for six weeks and they were unable to find the issue and actually told me to trade my car in as it was unfixable (only 40k miles). Within minutes on the phone, Chris was confident he knew what the issue was and was able to sort the issue very quickly when I brought it in. The guys at Wright Automotive are so patient and friendly, very trustworthy and take pride in what they do. They took their time to explain everything in layman's terms for me and answered all my questions thoroughly. In the future I will only be coming to this garage and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a garage. If I could give 10 stars I would. 🌟

The boys are so friendly and professional. I’ve used them numerous times for MOT, service and any general repairs. They don’t rob you which is always my fear with mechanics. I’ve been to many previously that will make up faults and id be none of the wiser, but that’s never happened here. I also remember a customer in front tried to leave a tip and they wouldn’t take it, she was adamant to leave it so they said they’d take it off her next bill. The customer service is always fantastic. Also came to recover me on a sunday!!

Wright Automotive are a fantastic garage. I have trusted them with my vehicles for many years now. Recently I booked in my car to have the rear brake pads replaced as I was sure they needed replacing. It turned out that in actual fact, the front were much worse than the rear. The Managing Director kindly rang me up to let me know this and to also tell me he could order the front pads and have his courier drop them off within the hour. They did and I am delighted to say they fitted both sets and gave me a discounted bill. Great service! Trustworthy, kind and professional.

Excellent and professional service. Cam belt changed on my Audi TDI all done on the same day. Highly recommended. I'm very particular about letting just any garage service my car and I can honestly say theses guys will look after your car and do a good job. My advice to anyone looking for a good garage. I moved house and sadly my choice of garage that looked after me for many years was too far away now and finding an honest garage to replace them wasn't easy. I'm happy to say I've found a good garage to replace them. I always find the main dealers like Arnold Shark to be a let down. My car would always come back with additional scratches and poor service. Glad to say these guys are caring. 100%

I took my car into Wright Automotive last week and was very pleased with the service. The staff where very friendly and helpful. I had and MOT & service for £99. However my car did need some minor repair work. At the time i did phone other garages to get a quote for the repair work and found that Wright Automotive was by far the cheapest. They kept me well informed of what was happening with my car and kept all the old parts so i could see the issues the repaired. Thanks again.
