Very knowledgeable and friendly. Good prices and all work comes with a 2-year parts and labour guarantee as genuine Audi parts are used. My car needed extra work done that was only discovered when they started work on my car, but they were able to get everything done that day - and my car was immaculate when I picked it up! Highly recommended, I'll definitely use this garage again.

Can not praise this business enough. While driving from Norfolk to Glencoe my Audi SQ5 put an emission warning light on. Two main Audi dealers didn't/couldn't/wouldn't help, so then I googled an Audi Specialist and found this one. Quick phone call and David was super helpful and said call in and I will scan it for you. He did, diagnosed the fault and assured me I could continue my journey. If I was more local I would get him to fix the sensor as well. So it would be 10 stars for this business if I could. Car went in to get a water pump, thermostat, timing belt, throttle body & speed sensor fitted. Got my car back on Friday afternoon, the car has never ran better! I am that pleased with the work carried out I have booked it back in for a service. I would highly recommend this garage! Thanks for a great job well done.

I had a Seat interim service, front brake pads and discs replaced, on my Ibiza. My car was also ccleaned, inside and out. Job done by early afternoon all for a reasonable price, certainly much less than main dealer. A courtesy car was provided free.but this was subject to proof of cover. As with my previous VW , my visit to this Garage was very pleasant and most satisfactory.

Used this garage as is local and my VW required repair under warranty. Pleased with the work carried out (clutch & release bearing) however three issues I thought were enough to prevent me from using this garage again. 1. Got into the car to drive it home only to find over 50 miles had been put on the vehicle and only 5 miles fuel left in the tank (close to half full when I dropped it off for repair), only just made it to the local petrol station. Where has the car been driven during the time they have had it? 2. Advertised a courtesy vehicle could be provided on their website, which was one important factor for me choosing them (I require a car to get to work) only to be told "we don't provide this service any longer" 3. Whoever carried out the work or was driving the car around had put a one inch scratch on the silver dashboard trim which requires the trim to be replaced to make good again. I have been as honest as I can with this review, as I have noted, work carried out has proven to be faultless however I get really peeved off when garages clearly have a complete disregard for other people's property.

I have a 2012 Golf that I’ve had since new. Apart from normal wear and tear and service items, the car has never let me down. Just past 91,000 miles and it started losing power and a flashing fault indicator displayed. Took it to these guys and they diagnosed a faulty EGR valve. A big job but were able to replace it the same day and guaranteed for 2 years. Expensive repair but got 10% discount as a new customer, which took the sting out a little. Car running like new, will use them again.

Used several times without issue. After quoting me £200 for an AirCon repair, it turns out, it was a broken multi plug. They replaced it free of charge rather than take the £200. Happily use again

Car was due a service and was quoted crazy money by Audi. Found these guys online and was quoted just over half of what Audi wanted to charge. Car was picked up from my girlfriend's work and returned to her spotless, valeted inside, service complete, book stamped and a free tin of de-icer. Couldn't ask for more, great service. Will be using them for services and any repair work from now on.
