I totally recommend Jamie at Borders Detailing. A very knowledgable detailer who discussed all the available options and advised accordingly with no pressure on sales. Our car was less than a year old and didn’t look too bad, or so I thought!! The difference, after Jamie’s work, was amazing. Paintwork was brought back to better than new. A lush deep shine that is so easy to maintain. (Most of the time the rain washes any dirt off now!) Just a first class immaculate job with a quality product. Highly recommended if you want to keep your car ‘new’ looking.

From start to finish the service provided was more than 1st class. Had my Mondeo protected earlier in the summer and it’s still rinses clean. Will be booking the new two wheel toy in after the winter for the summer months. Would be unwise and not cost effective going elsewhere.

Fantastic service and results. The paint on my 2009 911 is now glassy smooth and free of swirl marks and marring. Jamie even managed to get rid of nearly all the deeper scratches. Top job!

We had a brand new Scania truck, and as with our previous two trucks, we wanted protective film applied to the front of the vehicle. Being a small business in the Scottish Borders, we always try to support other local businesses whenever possible, so we were pleased to hear of Borders Detailing. Despite them not having tackled an HGV previously, they came out to look at the vehicle, and they were confident that PPF could be applied successfully. From this point on, we cannot fault the service received throughout the process. We were unfortunately in the position of needing the vehicle on the road ASAP, and all credit to Borders Detailing for pulling out all the stops, but letting us know that the process would be done as quickly as possible, but due to their exacting standards, it would certainly not be done in a rush. They provided us with all the information about the particular product they would be applying, and as we were initially away from home when the application started, kept us fully up-to-date with progress, and even sent pictures. We are sure that this will have been the biggest vehicle completed to date, and not one of the easiest, as there are many individual panels involved, but we are 100% satisfied with the work done, and would certainly use Borders Detailing again, and would have NO hesitation in recommending this business.

Jamie is such an upfront and honest guy. He gives you all the information you need to decide what's best for you and your vehicle. He genuinely cares about your car and wants it to look its best for as long as possible. During 3 days of hard graft, he made my 120,000-mile Volvo V40 look like one with a tenth of that mileage. He shared loads of in-progress photos, both on his Instagram and Facebook, but also by DM. I am thrilled with the final results, and I will do my best to maintain them! Here's to the next 120,000 miles, hopefully staying as shiny as it is right now 😍
