One of best branch I ever visited, the team over there are marvellous and consider their customers by providing the information required regarding their motors issues. I have dealing with them for more than one occasion and find them honest and reliable. Mr John is very helpful and professional with quality of his done tasks.

Had my car Serviced last year, fab service. Unfortunately despite being able to book online I called to double check and was advised they couldn't fit me in. I've had to book a service elsewhere however they are good and would just advise to call and double check your booking.

Booked my car in for an MOT and Service. Also asked them to give me a quote to fix my parking sensors after Arnold Clark quoted me a fortune. Was advised I would need to take it to an auto electrician as Mcconechys dont really do electrical work. Turned up to collect my car to find out that David had fixed them. Just fixed them at no extra cost as part of my MOT and Service. Absolutely delighted. He and John were both brilliant. I know hee haw about cars but they explained everything to me in a way that I understood without being patronising. I won't take my car anywhere else!

Special mention to John, Manager and David, Mechanic. Merc C220 with Intake system problem. David was quick to hear me out on phone and book me in an hour to conduct diagnosis. Unfortunately the problem required special equipment which they didn't have and so they went out of way to try help us find another specialist. Respectful and honest communication. These are talented guys focused at solving problem while taking in account customer's perspective.

After having a bad experience with National Tyres, I decided to give Halfords a try and was glad I did. Ordered tyres and booked fitting online. Was greeted by friendly receptionist and the car was straight onto a bay. Fitting done swiftly. Ordered a full set of Rainsport 5 tyres and tracking through black circles and choose here for fitting. The guys only took 55 minutes for all 4 tyres and tracking. Fella named John is the nicest guy with an amazing attitude he is a credit to your company. Will definitely be back again.

Phoned today for tyres, they were sourced, delivered and fitted within a few hours. Excellent service and quality throughout. The girls were cleaning floors, toilet and every surface while I was there, handgel and wipes available on the counter. Other businesses should look and learn from these guys during and after the current crisis. 10 out of 10 guys, will use you in future.

Quick and efficient service repairing a puncture. Enter the office if no one else there. They will take all your details and ask you to wait in your car. When ready they will call you to drive into the bay so they don't need in to your vehicle.
