I have used Kwik Fit Kirkintilloch twice recently, once for my MOT and today when I had an emergency. Both times staff have been extremely professional and efficient and both times my car has been ready earlier than expected. Today, Paul really went above and beyond to help me. What a kind and hardworking man! I will definitely be back to the branch and will recommend Kwik Fit to all my friends and family.

I've always had great service from the team at Kwik Fit and today was no exception. I phoned this morning about a problem with my car and even though the garage was very busy, they offered to fit me in for a quick look. Kevin immediately identified the problem and had it all sorted in under ten minutes. He even showed me what had been wrong and how it had been fixed. Really appreciate the speedy service, and the staff are always pleasant and approachable too.

I visited the Kirkintilloch Branch with a problem that another company (not a tyre specialist) failed to resolve. I was attended by Paul the Manager. He immediately identified the problem and his diagnosis was confirmed after examination by the technicians. I received the best advice and assistance thereafter and the matter was resolved most satisfactorily. Fantastic service from Kevin today, a real asset to the Kwik fit group, I managed to get a blow out on the motorway, and the recovery truck was running behind and just arrived at closing time, he stayed back and fitted my 2 tyres and got me back with my family that evening, I can't thank him enough for this caring and thoughtful service, 5 Stars all the way for this gentleman and branch !! Managed to pop my tyre while staying nearby at midnight... had a 300 mile drive home the next day. managed to book and pay online for 9:30am the next morning. They were expecting us when we dropped the car off, hadn't even found breakfast by the time they called back to say it was done! Legends!

Was in a bit of a panic when I managed to get a puncture as i rely heavily on my car for my work. Popped into my local Kwik Fit branch in Kirkintilloch where the manager and the team could not be more helpful. Despite having no pre booked appointment I was attended to straight away and I was back on the road again within 30 minutes. A throughly professional and faultless customer experience. I had a puncture coming down the Hillhead Road, Kirkintilloch on Sat16th April. Knowing, that I wouldn’t be able to get the alloy wheel nuts off myself I slowly drove to the local KwikFit. I was met by Gary who was very pleasant & helpful. As I feared the wheel wasn’t repairable. It was a new tyre which I bought from them in December 2021. I’d taken out insurance and was advised that it would be replaced. They didn’t have my tyre type in stock & due to the holiday weekend there maybe a delay in getting one. I wasn’t concerned as Gary had kindly fitted my space saver for me. It was agreed that he would phone me when 🛞 was in stock. He phoned me to inform me 🛞 was in stock. Gary advised that he would see to me after finishing his current job. Gary’s colleague (sorry I didn’t get your name) finished his job so fitted my tyre. When taking the car of the ramp he was looking concerned that I had a tyre⚠️light on. I told him not to worry about it as the sensor was needing recalibrated. He asked if he wanted him to do it which I readily agreed to. I can’t praise both of them for their professionalism and helpfulness. This is why I have been going to them for more years than I care to remember. As they say “You can’t get better than a KwikFit fitter”.🤩

Good range of tyres stocked. Normally have to wait for delivery for tyres for my Alfa but they had the tyres and fitted me in their schedule so I was on my way within the hour. I was up from London helping my mother in law move house so this was a great help. Reception is a bit hidden inside.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Actually had our the wrong date in my calendar for the service & MOT of my car so they called to confirm and then moved day for me as a result. Service and MOT all delivered successfully on the day and very understanding centre manager waited for me beyond closing time as was let down by a taxi and had to leg it to the garage! Although only a few minutes after closing time, this was really appreciated. Have used this centre a few times now and always happy with service.

Amazing! Mark has basically saved my life today by prioritising to replace and change my tyre! Burst on a pothole and RAC rescued me a few hours later. i am disabled and the men at the garage understood that I need a car to get around and motability don’t provide a hire car if it’s a tyre so should have been tomorrow but they got me sorted ASAP and were kind, reassuring and so helpful! Couldn’t recommend enough especially if this is when they are half staffed! Imagine what they are like on full capacity as the Garage is very busy so the guys are doing an amazing job! Deserve a bonus from Kwikfit!!

Booked online for a new battery for my Toyota Yaris, used Kwik fits Vehicle Registration information box to choose a battery, it offered 2, I chose the cheapest. When they tried to fit the battery, it didn't fit, after a few phonecalls by the fitter to his stores which didn't have the correct battery, I was offered my money back, or they could secure a smaller battery to the car. I went for the latter. 10/10 for Kwik Fit Kirkintilloch. 0/10 for their website.
