I had a brilliant experience at the Rutherglen Kwik Fit. I booked in last minute to get a slow puncture fixed. While there, the mechanic pointed out that my front tyres were badly worn. He was able to replace them there and then for me. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service and my car now handles like it should!

Early Christmas pressie from Robert! Fantastic service, took my mini in as tyre pressure indicator on. There was a faulty valve. Robert replaced the valve straight away and did not charge me. Will definitely be back!

Great service. Phoned earlier this morning about getting a valve changed on my wheel which had split. Gary (i think) told me just to pop down with and it would be done there and then for me. True enough, within 10-15 minutes the valve was changed and the wheel balanced, all for less than the cost of a few pints. Result.

I called kwik fit today looking for a Pirelli gel filled tyre and I spoke to Robert, who was fantastic. They didn’t have the tyre in stock, but he said they would get one in for me. He called back to say he sent a taxi to get the tyre for me. The next thing is the price.. I was getting quoted nearly £80 less at kwik fit than anywhere else. But most importantly for me was the customer service. It was far superior than anywhere else I’ve been. They are honest and trustworthy.. and really go that extra mile for their customers. 5 star for Kwik Fit, 10 star for Robert. Thanks

I’d like to do a shout out to Robert in the Rutherglen Knick Fit …. He was excellent when dealing with my car ( which had broken down due to a flat tyre) he offered to buy and replace my keycard battery and moved the car undercover so that I could put my grandson In without getting wet . I dont often write reviews but I would like to point out the exceptional customer service I received from the gentlemen working today (25/04/20). I had noted yesterday my AC was not blowing cold air and therefore suspected it required regassed. After calling a few places I was informed I would need to book in however as an NHS doctor this was hugely difficult and inconvenient. I had then proceeded to call Kwik Fit Rutherglen where I explained the situation to Jordan. Within half an hour the car was at the garage and within an hour I had a fully functioning AC. He also provided a 25% NHS discount which was the cherry on top. Top service, highly recommend, great social and customer service skills, will use again!!!

Excellent service by Eddie at Rutherglen. I was booked for an appointment with the call centre at the Parkhead Kwik fit as I had a bulge in the side wall of my tyre, only to find out when I arrived they were painting the floor and were unable to complete the service. They were very unhelpful regarding the confusion so I called Rutherglen who were very helpful and courteous and fixed the tyre as soon as I arrived as it was dangerous.

Really helpful - first impressions did cause me some concern as I knew I needed 2 front tyres and they wanted to check my whole car before giving me a quote. However they never tried to sell me stuff that I didn't need, they gave me a good price for the tyres and did the works there and then.

Eddie and Kai, top guys at Rutherglen depot. Motability customer. Called re tyre pressure alert on dash. No booking, Eddie said bring car in, and we will get to you soon as. After a short wait, car was on ramp. All tyres inpected and inflated, turns out it's a nail in tyre. Eddie says we are a bit pushed, but we will take wheel off, put spare on, and come back Monday and swap repaired tyre over. No spare wheel, his answer to that problem was, "Well I can't have you running about with a nail in tyre, we will do repair now". I had not too long a wait, before Kai had puncture repaired and car good to go in no time. I am a cantankerous old git who finds fault when there IS a fault. I also promote those who go the extra mile, as happened here. Full Kudos to these guys, working under pressure, and just getting on with it. To Kwikfit management. I hope you show Eddie and Kai some appreciation of their efforts to keep things running smoothly.

Put in the car for MOT £32. Ended up pay over £400. I think it was a bit expensive. Replaced 2 coil spring, what is fair I think. And 2 rear tires they said there were cracks on the tires, so advised to be replaced. I Got them replaced but now think back they wouldnt needed. The treads wasnt at the mark yet. I think it was an ok service.

Found Perelli PZero tyres on the KF website and booked fitting for Sat 3pm. Turned up 10 mins early and the helpful staff started job there and then. Also got 10% discount at checkout.Jordan and Eddie provided great service. Will definitely be back again and will recommend to family and friends.
