Undent were recommended by someone else in the motor trade. I needed some repairs to three different panels on the drivers side of the car. Checked them out on various review sites on line, which gave almost universally good (5/5!) reviews - could they possibly be that good? Called and was invited to pop down the same day for an estimate - greeted by courteous, helpful guys who talked about exactly what was needed, suggested alternatives, no pressure but a reassuring confidence in what they could do. Price very reasonable, so asked them to do the work. Car in quickly, back within the time stated, panels repaired, painted and blended, no extra costs and a truly excellent job. My wife, who's a bit of a perfectionist, was highly impressed - 'looks like new!' Same courteous reception again. Hopefully don't need to, but would happily go back if I needed similar work done. In my opinion, highly recommended. I'm joining the 5/5 club.

Full story: Dented my A-class on a white pillar, pretty nasty dent that's about an inch deep and 2 inches in length with damage to paint work at 2 points. Phoned around for a couple of quotes and came across Undent it Ltd online. Saw their 5 star review rating and decided to give them a call. Spoke with Mehdie and added him on Whatsapp to provide some pictures/video. Was asked to bring car in and he stayed behind longer to wait for me on the day. Got there and he did a proper check of damage. Then right there he gave me the super competitive quote, like so good I even had doubts of whether if it was too good to be true. I trusted in the Google review ratings and told him I'll check with the missus about when to bring the car in. Brought the car in next morning and was told it'll be ready in by close of business next day, or at the very latest the day after, whereas I was told it'll be 3-4 days by another garage. Fast forward to the day after, I phoned up and Mehdie told me it'll be ready by 5PM. Sure enough when I turned up, it was there waiting for me. There is no sign of the damage ever happened. Simply Amazing! And as an added bonus, the issue I had with my washer jet was also fixed. I think I found my favourite garage for bodyshop works and will recommend to my family and friends, and you who's reading this review.

Just had amazing service from Undent it. My car had a badly damaged sill under the driver’s door, the door was bumped and scraped and the wing mirror was damaged. I visited Undent it to discuss having all 4 alloy wheels on my Mercedes refurbished, due to kerbing and wear. Mehdi talked through the different options, and explained the process and cost of each. We went ahead with the refurb and chose to change the colour slightly to the bodywork colour of the car. Mehdi, Kevin and team were very friendly, straight forward and communicated well with me throughout. I am very happy with the result!! The wheels are absolutely perfect. In order to colour match, Mehdi took a small sample of paint from the inside of the petrol filler cap, which he told me about during an update. Had some amount of damage externally and internally to my car from a crash and these guys couldn’t have been anymore helpful. Came out to the house to view the car as I was unable to drive it, talked me through pros and cons of paying independently and going through insurance. Helped me with all the insurance stuff and did most of the work regarding that end of things which I was so grateful for. Even during peak Covid the guys were communicative right through and there was going to be a delay due to staff having to self isolate which I was totally understanding of and they were very apologetic of. They ended up having my car ready days before I thought it would be and they did an amazing job. THANKS ALAN .. My car's driver front got some scratches and a part was broken due to an accident. I was referred by a friend to Undent it, and Undent it definitely didn't let me down. Kevin is a super nice and helpful guy, gave me lots of advice on how to deal with the accident, cuz this was the first time I hit by another car. Also they were very efficient and punctual, finished the job in two days. And obviously they did an excellent painting job, I can't see any difference with a new car body. I will definitely come back if any job need to be done in the future, Undent it absolutely deserve 5 stars.
